The opening video showed various historical depictions of hell, with many quotes from the past about what is said about the desolate place. Tonight, six men will enter hell and embark on a battle for the ages. Although there is no championship on the line, these men's pride is what has drawn them together, under the watching eye of the keeper of the gates (the video points to Paul Heyman, who will be watching with interest) and tonight, one team will rise and be free from hell, but will it come at the cost of humiliation, pride and injury? The video ends with two boats drifting off into a desolate ocean into a particularly dark sunset.
"And now… the Total Wrestling Federation presents… Against All Odds"… 'Clown Parade' begins to play in the Pavilion as fireworks and pyros go off and set the age-old building ablaze. The set is not spectacular, but fore fills it's purpose, with a main rectangular TotalTron, three smaller screens below it and two longer screens besides the main one showcasing each match on the card tonight. At ringside, as always, are Scott Hudson and Bryan Daniels, and they begin the broadcast with the camera pointing upwards at the Hell in a Cell, hanging ominously above the ring, reminding us that we have two six-man Tag Team matches tonight, but the Cell will be used in our main event. Also tonight, the TWF Intercontinental, Television, Tag Team and Women's Championships are on the line and we could see the return of a TWF legend right here tonight.
'Just a Girl' by No Doubt hits and the crowd rises to cheer loudly as Adara James walks down to the ring with an apron. Hudson remarks that it looks like we are going to open tonight's proceedings with a bit of Kitchen Pandemonium. James walks down to the ring all smiles and leaps into the ring showing off her apron, which will be a legal weapon in the following match.
'All Falls Down' then plays and the crowd boos loudly as the former TWF Women's Champion and Hall of Famer, Atomically Kool Kat walks down to the ring. At first she doesn't appear to be carrying a weapon, but then she pulls out a cookie cutter sheet from underneath her shirt. She stands in one corner of the ring, but Adara James must have looked at her funny and the two ladies began the match immediately!
Chamera's music then hits and the former champion walks down to a mass of boos from the crowd. She walks down to the ring without a weapon, but runs down to ringside and goes underneath the ring and sets up a table besides the ring. Chamera grabs a can of spray paint and proceeds to write "KiTCHEn" on the table before sliding into the ring and double teaming James with AKK.
"It's a… GIRL THING! It's a… GIRL THING!" The crowd again boos loudly as Champozina walks down to the ring carrying a steel chair. She sees the can of spray paint left on the table by Chamera and spray paints "kitcheN" on the back of the chair before entering the ring and joining AKK and Chamera in a heinous assault on James. The crowd booed and wanted someone to even the score.
Suddenly, 'Born to Lead' by Hoobastank hits and the crowd cheers as Echo runs down to the ring with a rolling pin! She wastes no time and enters the ring, holding off Champozina and Chamera for a short while, before AKK comes in and clocks her in the back with the Cookie Sheet. AKK posed with the sheet with a huge smile on her face and assessed the damage already caused in the ring, and the match has not officially begun yet! AKK picked up Echo and was looking for the Atomic Bomb…
When 'Dance with the Devil' by Breaking Benjamin hit the PA and the crowd went CRAZY! Down walks the home-town girl, Libra! She runs over both sides of the stage, screaming and living up the moment, performing in front of her hometown fans before walking down to the ring carrying a frying pan! Finally the sides were even as Libra rolled into the ring and smashed her cousin AKK over the head with the frying pan!
Finally, the last combatant entered the ring when the Rollins Band's hit, 'What's the Matter Man' played. The TWF Women's Champion Michelle ran down to the ring carrying another trash can, but inside she pulled out a few non-kitchen related weapons, but because she brought them down in a trash can, a kitchen-related weapon, referee Sophie Matravers ruled them to be legal! Hudson remarked that Michelle has obviously borrowed some thinking from her long-time boyfriend Marz.

Backstage; in the interview area, Kaysie Anderson is standing by. Kaysie says that joining her at this time is the Managing Director and CEO, Mr. BIG. The camera zooms out of shot to see Mr. BIG standing next to Kaysie with his arm around his manager Sophie, and wearing a Savatage T-shirt. The crowd ROARS loudly and chants of "Biggie! Biggie!" echo over the Pavilion. Kaysie questions Biggie about tonight and his experience in the Hell in a Cell match. Kaysie says she knows Biggie is a HIAC veteran, but even he has not faced three other men inside the structure. Has he prepared fully for what he is in for this evening?
Biggie looks over at Kaysie and smiles. Biggie says that first off, he must get down to business. FINALLY. The BIG Storm has tumbled back into Porthcawl. The crowd cheers as Biggie looks into the dead centre of the camera. Biggie says that tonight, it's full of firsts. But, it's also full of history. Five years ago at Against All Odds, Mr. BIG and The AshTaker took part in one of the most famous matches in TWF history, which ended when Mr. BIG hit the BIG Storm off the top of the cell through the announce table. Biggie says that although that was only five years ago, a lot has changed, but he is living proof, that some things… "NEVER CHANGE!" shout the audience in reply. Sophie smiles as they say that. Biggie says that back then, he did not have a manager who knew what she was doing and was gorgeous to boot, which he has now. He didn't have the life experience that he has now. He also didn't have the aggression he has now. Tom Williams, for the past few weeks, you have attacked the very part of me that makes me who I am, he says. Williams has attacked the part of me that raises the fist of the metal child, every time he hears it. Last time he checked, Tom Williams has never been in a HIAC match before. He has no idea what he has let himself in for. Make no question; Biggie is in that cell for one reason tonight. That one reason is to put his hands around the throat of Tom Williams and let him stand as a symbol of The Jocks. And when he beats Tom Williams to within an each of his life tonight, Williams will wish he had never let his money do the talking. Because just like the last time, Biggie always gets The Last Laugh. The crowd cheers as Biggie walks away, only to return and shout… "WHO BETTA?" to huge cheers. Kaysie smiles as Biggie and Sophie walk off down the hallway, with Sophie's arm still draped around Biggie's shoulder.
Backstage; watching what was just said in that interview from his changing room, is the former TWF World Champion, The Assassin. Mr. Smooth enters the room and asks The Assassin for his thoughts on what he has just seen. The Assassin laughs loudly at Smoothy and just says that what he heard from Biggie was frankly a pile of horse shit. Biggie can make up an intricate back story all he wants. But everybody knows the focus of tonight's match is not who will survive hell, it will be who will survive The Assassin. After being away from this business for almost two years, he has returned tonight, to kick the crap out of anyone who steps in his way. He knows that Mr. BIG is his teacher, and he has the utmost respect for him, but should he try and stop him tonight, he will be just like everybody else. He will kick his ass and he will not survive. Biggie is familiar with the credo, but he'll repeat it for him just in case he forgot to receive the memo in the mail… you will only live… if I let you. The Assassin laughs as Smoothy walks out of shot and The Assassin continues to chuckle to himself as he tapes his fists up ready for this evening's contest.
Back inside the arena, 'Blonde Striker' begins to play to a mass of huge jeers from the audience. From the Gorilla Position, out steps Blonde Man and Brownie in their matching Team EV Jock jackets. The two bounce slowly down to the ring, taunting the crowd with their jackets before rolling into the ring. Hudson reminds us that Marz has not been seen in a TWF ring since the March 23 episode of FURY, where he was lead away in a police car. Since then, Team EV have taunted the former TWF World Champion and Hall of Famer, regarding his disappearance.
Blonde Man grabs a microphone from ring announcer Karli Andrews and says that the time has come. Has Marz answered the call that they set out almost 3 weeks ago on Grit BasH? Will Marz have the guys to come out here? Is Marz even out of jail yet? Brownie then takes the microphone and says that the reason Marz was thrown in jail was for the "assault" he gave the two of them on Grit BasH two nights before he disappeared, but in the end, they just paid off a cop to tell Marz he was arrested, take him out and beat the crap out of him, never to be seen again! The crowd boos heinously, with Hudson saying the actions were despicable. Daniels wants to know the crooked cop's identity so he can give him a medal. Blonde Man overhears this and turns to Daniels, and tells them to the crooked cop, wasn't even a cop at all! He was former TWF superstar… Crash Rogerz! The crowd boos get louder as Blonde Man and Brownie high-five each other. Daniels is besides himself, laughing contently at their genius plan. Hudson says this is sick. Blonde Man then re-takes the microphone and says he doesn't honestly expect Marz to show up, but he wants the referee to ring the bell, because he's here, and he's given Marz three weeks to show. Chief Referee, Bob Sage, is the ref and a Jock favourite, so he does what Blonde Man says. He counts out Marz… 1‐2‐3-4-5-6-7-8…
The lights go out! Blonde Man goes nuts inside the ring! The guitar feedback creeps louder and louder, signalling the start of "World to Come" by Gojira, and the crowd stands, roaring. In his famous pose at the tope of the stage, in his usual wrestling gear, is Marz! The crowd cheers loudly as he walks out onto the aisle, drops his leather jacket and immediately charges down the ramp, only to be met by Brownie in a heinous pre-match assault!

As the video package ends, the unmistakable sound of 'Silent Scorn' echoes over the age-old Pavilion. The crowd rises and cheers as the Cell descends from the rafters of the arena. It is slowly lowered around the ring and slightly put into place by road agents and referees. Unlike previous HIAC matches, there is a enough of a gap between the barricade and the cell for wrestlers to stand around, and this will actually give fans a better view of the action inside the cell. As usual, one referee will man the door (in this match it is Lee Williams) and one referee will be placed in the ring (in this case, it is the legendary Senior Referee, Peter Cavalli). As the cell is lowered, Hudson gives us a mini-history lesson of the HIAC in the TWF. The last "straight-up" HIAC match was exactly two years ago, and saw NJS defeat Hawke in a classic match. Of course, Mr. BIG's involvement with HIAC stretches back a long way, and he took part in arguably the greatest HIAC match ever, versus The AshTaker at Against All Odds 2002. Karli Andrews is standing besides the cage next to the announce table and is clearly in awe of the structure. Standing at around 16 feet high, the TWF claims that the roof has been made stronger for this match just in-case any of the men decide to venture "up there" as Bryan Daniels refers to it.
Andrews announces the match as being for one fall and the crowd cheers. Hudson reminds us that in a Hell in a Cell match, victory is attained via pinfall or submission, there is no disqualification and no count-outs, no time limit, and we are told that falls count around the cells vicinity at ringside, but nowhere else.
The clinking bass line of 'Like the Angel' by Rise Against plays to a mass of boos from the crowd as Matthew Jones makes his way down to the ring. Jones walks slowly down to the ring, standing almost in awe of the structure. Hudson says "I think it's only now hit Jones the reality of this match. He has no idea what he has let himself in for by agreeing to compete in this match. And frankly, the son of a bitch deserves it." Jones enters the ring and flexes against the ring ropes awaiting his partners.
"Do Ya Wanna Get Rocked?" The crowd stays jeering as Tom Williams appears from the Gorilla Position. The Def Leppard song plays as he slowly walks down to the ring, again in awe of the structure he is faced with. Daniels says that he fully anticipates Williams to trump Mr. BIG in this match as revenge for all the crap that Biggie has put Williams through in the past few months. Williams enters the cell and walks around ringside, and shakes a few panels of the cell before staring up at the roof, which Mr. BIG has nicknamed "My Domain". Williams enters the ring and stares at Jones, who had a few choice words to say to him earlier on in the show.
The lights suddenly go out and the searchlights turn on to the biggest boos of the evening so far. The drumming of Nick Menza and the intro to 'Trust' by Megadeth begins to echo throughout the Grand Pavilion. As the guitar comes in, the crowds cheers get louder. BANG! The rest of the band plays and walking out with his usual swagger is the former TWF World Champion, The Assassin. Despite being among the most successful wrestlers in the modern-era TWF, The Assassin has never competed in a Hell in a Cell match. The Modern Day Messiah made his return to the TWF under a blaze of glory last month at Last Man Standing, and has immediately set his sights on becoming TWF World Champion, at any cost. Of the combatants in the ring thus far, The Assassin is the least phased with the environment surrounding him. The Assassin enters the ring and does his usual pre-match ritual of poses on the turnbuckles before standing in one of the turnbuckles opposite Jones and Williams and simply stares them down, shaking his head profusely at them.
The lights come back up to a mass of cheers from the crowd. "Do ya know what I am? I'm a Fhat Man. Hahahaha!" The crowd continues to cheer as 'Fhat Man' hits. Frekishi makes his way out onto the stage and smiles at the structure like it is an old friend. Frekishi has competed in a few HIAC matches in his career, the most recent of which was against one of his partners this evening, Mr. BIG, in TLC IV at Cyberslam in 2004. Frekishi stands at the foot of the ramp and looks around the ringside area before setting foot inside the cage. He walks around the inside of the cage, his every move watched by his opponents.
The synth begins and the crowd goes NUTS. The synth slowly gets louder as the drums come in… RAWR! POW! 'Hell' by Disturbed plays, and out-steps the MD. "And his tag team partner, now residing in Broadlands, Bridgend; weighing in at 305 lbs, he is the Managing Director and CEO of the Total Wrestling Federation… MIIIISSTTTTTERRRRR BIG!" Hudson remarks that Biggie is a veteran of many HIAC matches, and Hudson has no doubt that Biggie will be the man to beat here. Daniels claims that most of Biggie's HIAC victories have been flukes where his opponent lost it for a second and he was lucky to win, or he had outside assistance. Tonight, because of the number of people that there will be inside the cage, there will be no running without consequences involved. Biggie enters the ring and joins Frekishi by the door, awaiting the arrival of their partner…
The TotalTron begins to fill up with images of various gadgets. So many gadgets fill up the screen… BANG! Pyros go off as the immortal bass line of 'Mastermind' by Megadeth kicks in. BAM! The drums kick in of the song and from behind a wall of smoke, out steps the Total Wrestling Federation World Champion. Mastermind slowly walks down the ramp, with a smile on his face, as always, slapping the hands of the fans. He hands his TWF World Championship belt over to referee Williams as he enters the cage. All the three recently entered men stood next to the door, and when Mastermind finally entered, Williams then locked the cage, using the standard steel door lock, and with two padlocks and chains, making it impossible to escape, although as we have seen in HIAC matches before, stranger things have happened.
In a match of this nature, you would always expect brutality, and in this match, we got it by the bucket load. From the very beginning, these 6 men wanted to inflict pain on each other and they did just that. The opening exchanges were dominated by Biggie's team, using their superior experience in such confined spaces to their advantage, literally grinding their opponents down. However, Williams and Biggie began a vicious brawl on the outside of the ring, Jones and The Assassin went to work on Frekishi and Mastermind. The younger duo proved too strong and Jones, out of desperation, managed to hit a huge Brynteg Cutter on Mastermind. He covered, but Cavalli only gave a two count. Suddenly, Biggie entered the ring and took down both Assassin and Jones with a massive double clothesline. Williams went back in the ring, with a steel chair, and clattered Biggie with it. Biggie turned around and got a shot in the cranium for his pleasure. With Mastermind, Frekishi, Jones and Williams fighting by the cage door at ringside, the crowd sensed something magical was going to happen. The Assassin looked around, and in the shades of old, leapt over the ring and onto the four men. However, he did so with such force the cage panel that contained the door buckled! Loud chants of "Holy Shit!" began, and Biggie, the only man left standing tip-toed between all of the men and with one simple effortless push, sent the cage panel to the floor. Biggie's trademark demonic smirk returned as the crowd roared.
With the other men involved all in the ring continuing their brawl, Biggie dove under the apron and brought out various weapons. These included a trash can, a 2x4, baseball bat, hockey stick and steel chair. Biggie threw each of the weapons onto the top of the cell and then returned to the ring. The Assassin had just hit The Assassinator on Frekishi, but Mastermind pulled Assassin off at the count of 2. Mastermind and The Assassin then made their way outside the cage and over to the announce table where Hudson and Daniels watched for their lives. Mastermind grabbed a TV monitor and swung at The Assassin with a sickening connection. The Assassin was down and Mastermind climbed up a panel of the cage. He set-up the Assassin onto the announce table, and then climbed halfway up the second panel. Just as he was about to leap off, The Assassin got up from the announce desk and pulled Mastermind down. He grabbed the ring bell and clocked the champion with. Mastermind lay stricken on the announce table as Assassin climbed up the panel in record time and dropped an elbow on Mastermind. The announce table collapsed beneath their weight and Assassin then picked up Karli Andrews' chair and executed a discuss leg drop on Mastermind using the chair. On the other side of the cell, Mr. BIG had finished dominating Tom Williams after executing a particularly impressive spinebuster onto the bottom of the ramp then hitting the BIG Elbow in the middle of the aisle way, Biggie saw a familiar figure across the ring. The Assassin and Mr. BIG stared each other down. Biggie could clearly be heard shouting "If you want a piece of me, tough guy, go up there" and pointed towards the top of the cell. Assassin said "You know the rules… you'll only live if I let you!" and Assassin climbs up the cage! Biggie then joins him! THIS CROWD IS GOING BANANAS! Teacher and student, and arguably the two best wrestlers in the TWF at the moment, are going to go face to face on the top of one of professional wrestling's most dangerous structures!
Assassin made his way up to the top with Biggie close behind. Biggie got up first, and quickly made his way over to The Assassin's side of the cell. The Assassin clocked Biggie with a solid left and then grabbed a steel chair that was on that side of the cage. Assassin had one vicious swing of the chair and Biggie fell to the roof of the cell. Even though it was with force, it did not break. The Assassin stands with the chair raised and a smile beneath his mask. He grabs the chair and throws it to another panel and points at Biggie. Could the student about to hit his finishing move on his teacher?! The Assassin manages to pick up Biggie and put him on his shoulders, but Biggie counters into an ingenious head-scissors takedown! Assassin rises back to his feet, but is met by Biggie putting his hand at his throat! Biggie couldn't attempt a chokeslam, could he?! Assassin grabs Biggie by the throat, but Biggie kicks Assassin in the gut, and pulls the Modern Day Messiah in! Equaliser! Again, despite the strength, the panels did not break! Beneath them, in the ring, Mastermind has slowly made his way into the ring, still dazed from the brutal leg drop through the announce table. Tom Williams has now tried climbing up to the top of the cell, with Frekishi in hot pursuit. Suddenly, from besides the entrance way, as Williams was making his way up the cell, Sophie appears carrying a steel chair! Biggie's manager gets Frekishi to pull Williams back down. Frekishi eventually is kicked down the cell by Williams, and Frekishi falls with force to the floor. Sophie instead smacks the chair against Williams's legs, and he falls under his own weight to the floor. Sophie then gets inside the ring and climbs to the top rope. Williams climbs back to his feet, but Sophie throws him the chair… and she flies through the gap in the panel of the cage with amazing precision, hitting her trademark Punk Out! And in the process, Williams clocks the back of his neck with the chair! The crowd is going nuts, but Sophie is obviously out after such a high risk move. Her flip-flops are somewhere in the front row as a result of the move! Mr. BIG slowly climbs down the front of the cell and is obviously shaken to see Sophie not moving. He puts her in the recovery position to no avail. He picks his beloved manager up and takes her halfway up the ramp when medical staff are seen to treat her. Biggie hugs her again and heads back to the ring to a riotous applause from the crowd.
Back inside the cell, Mastermind finally appears to have got an advantage on Matthew Jones. After using a trash can lid and busting Jones open, Mastermind executes a great DDT and finally appears in control. Biggie sees this. Motions to Mastermind that all is OK, and returns to the top of the cell, where Tom Williams has followed and The Assassin lies in wait. Mastermind is looking to hit trademark Intimidator set-up for the Brain Scrambler. Instead, Jones forces a counter from the champion, into a Full Nelson Slam. This takes a lot out of Mastermind, but Jones is seen slowly crawling towards a steel chair Mastermind brought into the ring earlier. On the top of the cell, Biggie has been joined by Frekishi, who has taken The Assassin over to the side of the cell nearest the stage. Beneath the ring, as Mastermind goes to set up Jones for the Brain Scrambler, Jones smashes the World Champion with a vicious chair shot. Mastermind is left dazed, and Jones, out of sheer desperation, climbs up to the middle rope and executes the Fisherman's DDT! The crowd has jeered loudly as Jones covered. Cavalli hit the mat and counted 3. The crowd booed as Jones's music hit. Frekishi and Mr. BIG looked down, then at each other, amazed at the result.
Now knowing their team had lost, the two men went mad on the top of the cell. Biggie executed a BIG Storm on Tom Williams onto the steel chair he brought up and then Frekishi hit The Assassin with a huge Sit-Out Powerbomb. The Assassin and Williams were left stricken on top of the cell, as Biggie and Frekishi dropped down the cell and into the ring to deal with their fallen partner. Matthew Jones was quick to make sure he was safe as well and stayed away from the two men. Jones climbed halfway up the cell, and aided his partners down from the top of the cell whilst Biggie and Frekishi debated the result and aided Mastermind to his feet. Biggie and Frekishi put one arm around Mastermind with Mastermind's TWF World Championship on his shoulders when they turn to face the stage to see Tom Williams and Jones, nursing their heads, but also motioning that they want a piece of Mastermind's TWF World Championship. Daniels proclaims that Jones must again be the #1 Contender after pinning Mastermind, but, he also says that Williams did his part tonight and will surely be petitioning Commissioner Paul Heyman for the role. The three members of the winning team raise their hands in victory staring at the losers in the ring as Hudson thanks us for watching and this great pay‐per‐view is brought to an end.
