Brendan Villa Name: Brendan Villa

Position: Chief Talent Officer (April 2021–present)
Career: President of Talent Relations (September 2013–April 2021)
Brendan Villa achieved recognition as one of the best "A&R men" in the music industry, with over 15 years of experience before joining the TWF in September 2013. Brendan was placed in charge of the TWF's vast scouting network for new talent, with the brief for the team to try and find the newest TWF on-screen talent, be it in-ring, or in various other roles, such as announcers. Brendan also created a strategy for members of the roster approaching the end of their careers to find potential future roles within the company on a regular basis. One of Brendan's proudest achievements was setting up a program to help employees with any financial issues, which proved especially beneficial during the COVID‐19 pandemic.

As Chief Talent Officer, Villa have full control of the TWF's scouting network, as well as an expanded remit to sign new talent. By his own admission, this is the toughest task in professional wrestling: craft a TWF roster strong enough to take it through it's third decade.
