The Jocks

The Jocks had existed in various forms in the TWF's development federation, BCW, since it's inception in late-2000. Many of the TWF's current main roster were at one time a part of the faction, who at one point in BCW history, had every belt there under their control. Holly, who was one of the original founders of the faction, managed to get her way into the main TWF Roster and after the dissolution of Seek and Destroy, she thought of a way to introduce The Jocks to the TWF. On July 14, 2004; Holly let her plan be known. In a match between Blonde Man and Deadman, Brownie, Karl Davies and Jason Davies attacked Deadman and Holly announced The Jocks had arrived. They initially feuded with The Allied Powers, and particularly sought the contract of impressive TWF rookie, Hades. However, they were unsuccessful in that battle, like many others. Upon the TWF's return from hiatus however, Holly appeared to have pulled a massive coup, signing Josh Jericho, Todd McFarlene, Tom Williams, Louise and Amee to The Jocks and making her personal quest to drive "haters" out a massive one.
After terrorising the TWF for almost 3 years however, The Jocks began to slowly fall apart. Self appointed team "Captain" Karl Davies left the faction when the TWF was on hiatus, and uncertainty shrouded the group. New arrival Tom Williams brought Gavin Henson to the TWF in one of the TWF's highlights of 2007 and engaged in a very public feud with an old Jocks target - Mr. BIG. Meanwhile, Jason Davies gave the group acclaim after surviving tlC VI at Deadly MindGames. Hades still eluded the company until finally, in one of the most controversial TWF matches of all-time, Hades was finally beaten after 3 years in the TWF. Controversy surrounded the decision, but whilst Hades moved on, The Jocks did not, celebrating that victory for many weeks. But, the acclaim felt by Holly's "studs" did not rub off on the rest of the group.
At Dangerously Serious, Blonde Man and Brownie, the group's most experienced duo, publicly dumped Holly after a loss in their match. Tom Williams would also lose his TWF Television Championship in an upset loss to rookie The Avenger. And, in the first ever Gates of Hell match - Holly paid the price for sticking her nose in where it does not belong, and along with her boyfriend and confident, Jason Davies, was sent to hell, never to be seen again in a TWF ring.
