| # | Notes |
|---|---|
FX (AJ Jeffers and "The Rock" Gareth Fox) won the first Square Ladder Match at Easter HeAT 2000 to win the championships. During this reign, FX defended the championship using the Freebird rule, meaning there were many substitutions. Firstly, NJS replaced AJ Jeffers, but Jeffers then replaced Fox. NJS was then replaced by Jesse Rogers following her arrival into the stable. This final combination of Fox and Rogers made all the defences from June 2000 onward, outlasting the faction itself.
Prior to their title defence at WrestleMANIA II, title holders AJ Jeffers and "Road Dogg" Jesse Rogers announced they would be leaving the federation following their last defence. During the scheduled match, a Lumberjack match also involving II Cool (Frekishi & Luke Michaels) and "The Mangler" & The Vampire Kane, the referees lost control of the bout as lumberjacks entered the ring and took the combatants backstage. Therefore, the TWF Board of Directors announced the championships were to be vacated and decided in a Tag Team Battle Royal the next month at Against All Odds.
The Shott & High Voltage (The Shott's Mystery Partner) eliminated The Alliance (Adam Taylor & Karl Davies) last to win the Tag Team Championship Battle Royal.
The championships are vacated when 3-xTreme Splits Up.
Marz & Mr. BIG win the 8-Team Royal Rumble to crown new Tag Team Champions.
Marz & Mr. BIG split up, and once again the championships are vacated. Team EV win a Pentagon Ladder Match at Summer Break 2002 to become TWF Tag Team Champions.
Brownie leaves Team EV and the championships are awarded to their next opponents, Jean‐Claude Van Slam and The Vamp, via forfeit.
Jean‐Claude Van Slam and The Vamp defeat Big Sexy Badass & Silver, Adam Taylor & Stephen Dimmock and The Rogerz in a Tables, Ladders, Chairs Match to become TWF Tag Team Champions.
Mr. BIG announces he will retire after TWF Cyberslam 3, so the championships are declared vacant as NJS elects not to have a replacement partner. At Cyberslam 3, the xWa decides to unify the TWF and xWa Tag Team Championships. Deadman & J-Fox, the xWa Tag Team Champions, defeat Big Sexy Badass & Silver, Jean‐Claude Van Slam & The Vamp and the Blood Brothers in the 4th Annual Square Ladder Match to unify the TWF & xWa Tag Team Championships.
Disturbed & Zero defeat Blonde Man & Brownie, Dougie Christian & Frekishi and J-Fox & The Rich in Seventh Annual Square Ladder Match at Summer Break VIII to become three-time Tag Team Champions.
The Assassin & Mastermind defeated Disturbed & Zero in the final fall of a Three Way Dance also involving Eddie McBrain & John Harper to win the championship.
Alistair O'Keefe & Matt Aish defeated Byron Pryce & Sebastian Gross in the final fall of a Three Way Dance also involving Joseph Helms & Sin Nombre to win the championship.
Eddie McBrain and John Harper defeated David Tissot and Jeremy Ellington Jenner (with Geoffrey the Butler), Isaac Dyer and Ross Lee & Riptide and Titan in a Square Ladder Match for their second reign together.
