4 Atomically Kool Kat eliminated Alice Lee last in a battle royal to win back the TWF Women's Championship. The battle royal also included Champozina, Falcon, Libra, Hayley Holder, Miss Emma, Rachael, and Sian.
5 Falcon pinned Libra in a Lumberjill match also involving Atomically Kool Kat, Rachael, Holly, and Sarah Thomas to regain the TWF Women's Championship.
6 Lita pinned Falcon in a Four Way match also involving Atomically Kool Kat and Libra to become TWF Women's Champion.
7 Falcon pinned Lita in a Kitchen Pandemonium match also involving Atomically Kool Kat and Rachael to become a 2-Time TWF Women's Champion.
8 Lita takes a leave of absence due to her pregnancy and the title is vacated with the new champion crowned in a one night tournament to take place at Halloween Hell 2004. Libra, who has defeated Hayley Holder earlier on in the event, defeated Falcon (who defeated Adara James) to become the new champion.
9 Rio eliminated Libra last in an 8 Women Battle Royal to become the champion. The other women involved were (in alphabetical order): Adara James, Atomically Kool Kat, Champozina, Chamera, Echo, and Michelle.
10 At Summer Break VIII, Michelle pinned Rio in a Three Way match also involving Echo to become Champion.
11 Ruby Cortez defeated Adara James, Chamera, and Rio in an Ultimate X match at No Way BacK to become the Champion.
12 Rio pinned Echo in a Three Way match also involving Rachael at Collision Course to win the championship for the third time.
13 Echo eliminated Rio last in a Battle Royal, also involving Adara James, Chamera, Kaitlin Simmons, Mary‐Anne, Rachael, and Ruby Cortez to win the Championship for a record fifth time.
14 Kaitlin Simmons pinned Mary-Anne in a Four Way match also involving Echo and Rio to win the championship.
15 Tara Wilson suffers a broken leg and is unable to defend the championship. On 2015‐01‐14, the TWF Board of Directors announces that as a result of the mandatory defence rule, the title has been declared vacant, with an 10‐women tournament being scheduled to determine the new champion.
16 Echo defeats Rio in the final match of a 10‐women tournament to win the vacant championship.
