TWF Wednesday Grit BasH
April 9th 2003
The Spar Arena, Brackla, Bridgend

A highlights package from last weeks Raw and Grit BasH are shown to hype this evening's show.

'Heavy' hits and the crowd cheers loudly as the pyros start going off. Scott Hudson and Joey Styles at ringside say that tonight looks to be a night where the course of destiny will play it's role in many events! Our Main event is a match which will see the winner facing Frekishi at Easter HeAT. Bandit, The Shott, Karl Davies and The AshTaker will face each other in a Fatal Four Way of epic proportions. And just as we came on the air, Ryan Jenkins, Rhys Hopkins and Adam Taylor will be in a 6-Man Tag-Team Match...facing JT Money, Jody Fleisch and AJ Jeffers.

'Just Think About It'!...BANG! 'Prayer' starts up on the PA to a thunderous pop and Mr. BIG walks down to the ring alone. He says that Holly has yet to arrive but he is here and he will begin what he had intended to say anyway. Last week, when he was at home in between Grit BasH and Raw, even when he was sitting next to his Dad in hospital, he thought of ways he could show The Red Hoodie Crew and the bPa just why people call him 'The Only One'. Sure, he's 'Uncle Biggie', but last week on Raw, his old self returned. The guy who really couldn't give a shit about his opponents. His aim was to make sure they didn't mess with him ever again. Red Hoodie Crew...you asked for the return of the 'old-Mr. BIG'...and rather luckily for you guys, you aren't going to have the pleasure of seeing him. Instead, you'll be facing a Mr. BIG torn with rage. The Only One mixed with Uncle Biggie...also known as...your opponent's worst nightmare come true. Mr. BIG says he's not gonna talk a load of trash much more and he's gonna get straight to the point. On Friday, he's gonna walk into the TJS Centre, where the TWF first started, and he ain't leaving until he's kicked 3 asses and pinned 3 asses for the 1-2-3. And then when he's done kicking some asses in a Gauntlet match, he's gonna walk into Easter HeAT and kick Steven Dimmock's f*g smoking...shit eating ass and prove to everyone that he is more than worthy of the praise he gets. Red Hoodie Crew...He's coming for you! 'Prayer' hits the PA and Mr. BIG exits the ring, only for Steven Dimmock to come behind him and nail him with a Steel Chair! Dimmock grabs the microphone and says that tonight, he also wants to prove something. He just did. Next week, he wants Biggie in a Hardcore Match. Not any kind of Hardcore Match though...a Steel Cage Hardcore Match! The crowd boos as Dimmock drops the mike and hoists the steel chair high up in the air as he walks behind the curtain.

Backstage, we see a long stretch limousine pull up in the arena parking lot. The door swings open and NJS and Lita walk out together to huge cheers. NJS grabs his hold-all and walks towards the dressing rooms.

[TWF Returns!]

Our first match saw Blade take on Adam Taylor for the TWF TV Championship. Blade scored a significant victory when Luke Thomas came running down and attempted to nail Blade with a Steel Chair, but missed, nailing Taylor instead! Blade nailed The Blazer and got the 1-2-3! Blade has regained his TWF Television Championship to the delight of the crowd!

Backstage, Mr. Edwards is in his office and is all smiles and clapping after watching that match. Hawke, Falcon, Rhys Evans and Frekishi however then walk in. The crowd boos as Hawke demands to know why he hasn't got a match at Easter HeAT. Mr. Edwards says he obviously hasn't seen the notice in the locker room...it says Hawke is facing NJS at Easter HeAT for the xWa Championship!

Staying backstage, we hear that Joey Styles has been flown out to the US because of an impending family emergency. We wish Joey all the best, but joining Scott Hudson is Michael King, the former PCW Commentator! The crowd cheers and Michael, who debuted on Raw last week says he is pleased to be finally be calling some TWF action. Michael was well known during his time in PCW for his great commentating skill and technique and is one of the best commentators around!

The second match saw Brownie and Sumo Samurai take on Steven Jenkins and Blonde Man. The match was a tactical affair with cheap tags used by Brownie and Sumo on many occasions. But, Steven nailed Sumo with a Reverse Tornado DDT from the top rope and scored the 1-2-3! Brownie and Sumo leave the ring quickly after their defeat, leaving their opponents to wait for some kind of beat-down.

~NJS Passion Video~
[#2, backing track - 'Live for the Moment' by Monster Magnet]

We go Backstage to Kevin Kelly, who is standing next to NJS and Lita. Kevin asks NJS on this thoughts of what Steven Dimmock did to Mr. BIG earlier. He said Dimmock will realise there is a consequence for every action and he will know the full meaning of that when Mr. BIG kicks his ass at Easter HeAT. NJS then comments on his match with Hawke at Easter HeAT and says that Hawke and his bPa buddies had better watch it...NJS has beaten the best and Hawke will be added to the list of 'Jack-asses NJS has beaten 1-2-3'. You're Next Jerky!

Our next match saw the Red Hoodie Crew team of Ryan Jenkins, Rhys Hopkins and Adam Taylor will be in a 6-Man Tag-Team Match...facing JT Money, Jody Fleisch and AJ Jeffers.
'Always' by Saliva started up on the PA and the crowd booed as the team walked out. 'Down with the Sickness' then hit the PA and the crowd cheered as Jody Fleisch, JT Money and AJ Jeffers walked out to a huge set of cheers.
The match was very explosive. Steven Dimmock appeared to have joined the match to make it a 4-on-3 Match and the Hoodie Crew dominated. However, some confusion as to who was the legal man saw Jody Fleisch hit the Phoenix 720 DDT and score a pinfall! 1-2-3! The crowd cheered but the Hoodie Crew beat down the 3 men until Mr. BIG slowly, but surely walked down the ramp. The Hoodie Crew continued their beat-down until Mr. BIG came running, but Ryan Jenkins and Hopkins applied a double Bearhug to Mr. BIG who fell to the ground onto a chair. He landed with a thump and a crunch and was bleeding from the nose as he got back up. The Hoodie Crew smiled, but Mr. BIG got back up and nailed Hopkins with The BIG Storm! He picked him back up and nailed him another 3 times with the move to the Hoodie Crew's dismay. Mr. BIG had a Crimson Mask of blood as he smiled at the Hoodie Crew proclaiming 'Friday...You'll Walk Into a Car Wreck bitch!'.

The main event was the planned Fatal Four Way to determine Frekishi's opponent at Easter HeAT. Bandit vs. The Shott vs. The AshTaker vs. Stone Kold Karl Davies. The crowd thoroughly enjoyed this match and it was a very high-action thriller. But Bandit nailed Karl Davies with The Stupifier and pinned him quickly...1-2-3! Bandit is going to face Frekishi at Easter HeAT! The crowd cheers as he backs up the ramp and the show comes to a close.
