I'm going to start a new feature here on the TWF Discussion Forums. Every Tuesday, I'm going to post some news, views and comments on the Xtreme Wrestling Alliance (xWa).
Welcome Welcome one and all to this week's xWa Newsletter. I'm gonna round up the last week's action and preview this weeks.
TWF We start off with one half of the founder members of the xWa, the TWF. Last week's Grit BasH was one of the more exciting events of the week, followed by Raw on Friday, seeing Mr. BIG defeating 1/2 of the Red Hoodie Crew in a Gauntlet Match. This week, we could be seeing some more shock returns from some XWF old boys. Rumours have it that Axel Foley and Disturbed Gregg Allen have been seen popping in and out of TWF Towers.
XCW XCW's Nitro show last night was another very good showcase of XCW stars. The Terminator continued his feud with Mr. BIG and we heard that at XCW Anarchy Rulz in 2 weeks the two men will go one-on-one for the XCW Championship. Johnny of the Double J's also defeated JT Money in a shock victory (with the help of Jo) and challenged Full Force to the xWa Tag-Team Championships. NJS had so such problems but helped celebrate Lita's birthday. Tonight's Metal is set to continue the trend of excellent shows. Will the MOD get one over on the Z-Pack this close to Anarchy Rulz? Tune in or go to XCW's Webpage for official coverage!

Top 5 of the Week 1 - Bandit Outstanding victory in the Fatal Four Way and a convincing win on Raw aswell. This guy is a legend and his performances prove that. Advice to the TWF: get this guy on a longer contract.
2 - NJS NJS celebrated his girlfriend's birthday in style on Monday and it shouldn't be difficult for him to retain his xWa Championship on XCW TV. However, his match with Hawke at Easter HeAT should be interesting as these two are considered two of the best.
3 - The Terminator His victory last night was very convincing and it was the opening match of the show. His TWF alter-ego didn't wrestle last week but his IC Title reign is surely not in doubt.
4 - Mr. BIG He had to figure somewhere. Coming back from a vicious nose injury, he kicked the Red Hoodie Crew's ass in the Gauntlet and the XCW Champion Terminator Covered.
5 - Silver He shocked everyone by showing up on Raw and helping his old buddy Mr. BIG to a win in the Gauntlet and he must win an Oscar for 'Best Ambush Planning'. The Rover the Dog idea was great!
Chumps of the Week 1 - Marz What must I say about this prick? He went on TV this week and slated Mr. BIG's interview on the Jonathan Ross show last week which I, and many others, thought was superb. If the TWF do end up resigning this guy, I hope and pray the worst wrestler pins him and screws the prick. I can imagine it now. Marz vs. Blade, TV Title...High Voltage and Mr. BIG kick Marz's ass and he jobs! RLFMAO!
2 - Steven Dimmock Will this guy learn? Thou Shallt Not Cross Path of 15 Stone Man, Who Weigh Two Times As You Do.
3 - Adam Taylor Red Hoodie Crew LEADER? Uh...no. The guy is the biggest wuss in the damn group. I'm surprised the Powers that Be backstage haven't sent him down to Brutality Championship Wrestling (BCW) yet!
4 - Hawke We all love to hate this guy. He did bury the hatchet with Mr. BIG backstage a few weeks ago which has done more than good for his chances of a TWF World Title Reign before the yea's end. But, he didn't go down well on the TWF shows this week, which has earned him a slot in the Chumps.
5 - TJS Centre Fans To be honest they were quite disrespectful to the wrestlers before and after the show. Everyone got mobbed for autographs and TWF Towers is next door! They can get bucket loads of autographs there!
Other News -- ncW Site and Forums...Dead As if I needed to tell you, the ncW Site and Forums are dead at the moment. No one AT ALL is posting on them. Good riddence.
-- RWF to join xWa? Backstage sources at TWF Towers say that RWF could return at Xtreme Overdose fielding a team of around 8 to wrestle. Aled Reed recently gained overship from his brother Rhys (owner of the Rhys Reed Entertainment Centre as well) and the promotion could be back on it's feet in no time.
-- XWF involvement in the TWF? With Bandit and JT Money already in the TWF and Silver's shocking return on Raw, could even more XWF Old Boys show up on TWF TV, just like they did from July to September last year?
-- Marz and TWF On going negociations could see Marz returning to the TWF at around Total Chaos, and then wrestling Summer Break against Mr. BIG or NJS. But that's if he gives up his Creative Control clause. It's going to a short term deal as the TWF don't intend on Marz hanging around long enough to gain an ego the size of the Russia and get his backstage politics let him win matches like it did in his last TWF Run, which ended after Summer Break.
Next week, we can expect an Interview with Mr. BIG!
For now, that's all I can say. I hope you enjoyed this week's newsletter and if you need to speak to me, contact me on the TWF Discussion Forums.
If you'd like to be interviewed for this newsletter, basically write an interview of respectable length, preferably on Word/Wordpad/Notepad and send it to me via E-mail, MSN or PM. It will then be used on this newsletter. Simple, ay? Thanks for reading and see you next week.
