The xWa has grown sick and tired of NCW's stupid little games. We are not gonna have it any longer!

Firstly, NCW uses the WrestleMadness name, which was copyrighted and trademarked by NJS and XCW-xWa back in 2000 when his company was known as WWC, the World Wrestling Championship. NCW, who have been threatened with legal action, are still using the name, although they are infringing the rules! NCW are using the excuse that the WWE owns the rights to the name RAW. We know, but if the WWE wanted to do anything about it, you think they would have by now? I think they would have.

Second of all, they are not letting go of 2 wrestlers. High Voltage and The Assassin left NCW last week when they quit and walked out on the company. Yet Marz and The Shott are still using them in results! Marz is coming up with a rule when he quit the TWF in August 2002. I said that no one could be fired/quit from the company unless they were released. I announced and when I did fire him, I nulled the rule. He still uses it.

Marz is an arrogant git who uses his size to an advantage in fights. IT FUCKING STINKS! HACK THEIR FORUMS! DELETE THEM! I have been unable to hack them using e-mail, so if you know anyone who can hack and get Marz's passwords for:
marz.proboards4.com and rhysreed.suddenlaunch2.com (which was HV's boards which got hacked 2 years ago), your efforts would be gladly appricated. Make the Son of a Bitch pay for what he has done!
