WOW AGAIN! One word describes this concert folks. Mudvayne, Deftones, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, and Metallica all at the same concert = good shit. I will be reviewing each band....

Mudvayne: Excellent showing for the hometown boys.. they are from Peoria Illinois which is about 45 mins away from Elgin where I live. They played a lotta old shit which was awesome. They were playin with the crowd a lot which added to their performance. Many people know Mudvayne for their song Dig... which they played last and got almost the whole crowd in one big ass mosh pit. I almost got knocked down but hey it was worth it... I was havin a blast!

Deftones: They were excellent playing with the crowd even more than Mudvayne did. Played a mix of new and old stuff... the lead singer went into the crowd and was singin in the crowd.. that was cool. Lotta moshing for them to.

LINKIN PARK!!!: They were FREAKIN AWESOME! I was so happy to see my favorite band of all time live... Mike Shinoda was playin with the crowd better than Chester was. Chester however did look better from his stomach illness he had before the tour. They played pretty much played all the songs from Hybrid Theory and Meteora... none from Re-Animation. Crowd got really rowdy before they came on because their set took forever to set-up. Lots of moshing for every song. Last sont was One Step Closer... whole crowd moshing... quite a site to see.... excellent act to set-up for Limp Bizkit....

Limp Bizkit: Dissing Chicago was a big mistake for Fred Durst... crowd would not let them play without booing.. it was really disrespectful... LB played 5 songs.... they were on for bout 30 mins... and 10 minutes of it was Fred asking some of the Chicago fans to come on stage and fight him... people were throwing everything at the band.. from lemons to bottles... crowd really hated LB. I personally wanted to see them play more... but them damn Metallica fans were fuckin assholes and kept booing the hell outta him. It was not a good performance for them. Since he left stage early there was about 2 hours to wait for Metallica to play.

Metallica: They were good... not my favorite of the nite... but most of the crowd was there for Metallica and they got their good show. Played mostly old songs... couple of songs off of St. Anger album... hardcore moshing going on for them... had a fireworks show afterwards..

Overall concert rating 10/10. Linkin Park was the best in my opinion. They were just so fuckin awesome. Don't be surprised to see Limp Bizkit write a song about dissing Chicago in the near future!!! .
