TWF Easter HeAT 2004

The Bridgend Dome, Bryncethin, Bridgend

An extensive video packaged aired to begin the show. It was, undoubtedly, one of the best the TWF production staff have done. It featured some of the highlights of the past few weeks, including High Voltage's shocking turn on Mr. BIG and the fans, and more importantly, The Shott walking out on the TWF on Grit BasH to start a family. This has left the TWF World Championship vacant for only the second time in history, and tonight 4 '#1 Contenders' will fight in a Fatal Four Way to become a TWF World Champion.

An awesome intro then began with the sound of 'The Unforgiven' from Metallica's 1991 Album 'Metallica'. "And now...Duff Beer, in association with the xWa...presents TWF Easter HeAT". The fireworks went off to huge cheers. A capacity crowd, expected to be over 90,000; has packed The Bridgend Dome for tonight's spectacular...and high above the ring, standing ominously, is the Hell In A Cell. Yes folks, tlC IV is coming tonight, and Mr. BIG and Frekishi are gonna settle the whole story tonight, inside it. Scott Hudson and Joey Styles are at ringside calling the action as the cameras scan around the front rows. Scott tells us that 6 championships are up for grabs in 8 matches. Joey tells us that they will also re-cap what happened on a very special edition of TWF Meltdown on Saturday, when Marz & The Terminator defeated Big Sexy Badass & Silver to become xWa Tag-Team Champions! And that's not gone down well with XCW, because this means Marz is finally gonna get his wish and appear on XCW Television!

'Out Of My Way' hits and the crowd cheers loudly as the ball is kicked. It bursts through the TotalTron and is separates as Team EV walk down to the ring. Blonde Man is ready to defend his TWF TV Championship against 'The Mangler' Gareth Cole. The two men have had an interesting rivalry over the past few weeks and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top tonight.
Gareth Cole's music hits and most of the crowd are jeering as he walks down to the ring. It's a very long walk for the superstars tonight! Cole taunts some of the fans who have aisle side seats before entering the ring. Cole looks at Blonde Man straight in the eye and then launches himself at him with a clothesline.
These two TWF veterans contested a great contest to open the show. The TV Title can only do great things from here on it. Cole looked to have the match won when he hit his Diving Elbow on Blonde Man. Cole taunted the crowd, ready to apply the Mangle. He set Blonde Man up for the submission move, but Blonde Man hit the Karate Kick out of desperation! Brownie helped Blonde Man get leverage...1-2-3!
'Out Of My Way' hits and the crowd cheers as Blonde Man celebrates with his Team EV mates. Cole is furious with the referee and is losing his cool inside the ring. Team EV walk back up the aisle, celebrating another successful defence of the TV Championship.

Backstage; NJS is sitting on the hood of his Corvette with Lita and The Bandit is sitting on inside his Pick-Up truck, the two men look to be awaiting the arrival of someone. Suddenly, the loud revving noise of a Ferrari can be heard. The crowd cheers as the number plate 'B1GG1E 1' appears on screen. Out steps Mr. BIG, with no baseball cap, instead a new haircut. He grabs his kit bag and then places his baseball cap on. He turns to both men and says "Ready?". They both smile and NJS kisses Lita as he gets her off the hood of his car. The three men and Lita then walk toward the locker room.

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles at ringside remind us that Mr. BIG returns to the ring for the first time in 6 months here tonight in perhaps the most brutal match to be devised...Tables, Ladders, Cell. And it was Biggie who devised the whole match! Scott and Joey also remind us that NJS also faces Hawke in an Ambulance Match for the xWa Championship.

'Blood Brothers' by Papa Roach hits and the crowd jeers. Rachel Stevens announces that making his way to the ring is the special guest referee for the next match, Blood Brother Josh. Josh is joined by his Blood Brother mates who look to be acting like lumberjacks for this next match!
The Glass Shatters as 'I'll Do What I Wanna' hits to a huge ovation from the crowd. Jason Davies is making his way to the ring, ready for this match against Adam Taylor of the Red Hoodie Crew.
'Always' by Saliva hits one more time and the crowd cheers the music, but some sections boo as Adam Taylor walks out. He is joined by the Red Hoodie Crew, and as the factions surround ringside, it looks more like a lumberjack match than a stand-up 1-fall to a finish match!
The factions around ringside, for the most part, let the two men settle their differences in the ring, and both men wowed the crowd with some exciting moves. But, the Hoodie Crew and the Blood Brothers had to do something, and they did. The two factions brawled around ringside, with 'Stone Kold' Karl Davies simply standing in-between the two announce tables (English and Welsh). However, Davies hit the 3-Point Football Stance and quickly covered...1-2-3!
The Blood Brothers and The Hoodie Crew suddenly stopped and looked at each other with a look of "Eh?" written all over it. The Jocks leave the ring through the Bridgend Dome crowd and head for the exits, looking to celebrate their victory in the Hardkore Cafe!

Backstage; Frekishi is sitting in his locker room when High Voltage walks in. High Voltage says that despite the fact he turned on Biggie and the fans, he still hates Frekishi's guts. HV says he is no sell-out like Biggie, he is simply a stand-up guy, ready to fight. Frekishi says that despite the fact they hate each other, they have one thing in common...they both hate Biggie, and for that, Frekishi will kick Biggie's ass in tlC and send him back to Square 1...where he was 6 months ago...laying in a hospital bed, wishing he'd never crossed the path of Frekishi. HV smiles before leaving the room, with Frekishi laughing to himself.

--- TWF Cyberslam II Commercial ---

We return from the commercial for Cyberslam II with Scott and Joey discussing the conversation that just transpired between Frekishi and HV. Both men sound quite shocked, but, then go on to tell us that Cyberslam II is coming...and it's going to Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan! Cyberslam hits you on Sunday, May 23rd and is sold out...but, the TWF will be in the North for just under a month with events in Milwaukee, Chicago, Saginaw, Grand Rapids, Auburn Hills, Detroit and Battle Creek, so get your tickets for those events if you can't get Cyberslam. And if you can't get there...feel like you're there with PPV!

Scott and Joey then introduce highlights from Meltdown on Saturday, where Marz and The Terminator defeated Big Sexy Badass and Silver to become xWa Tag-Team Champions.
Backstage; Tim Lovejoy is standing by with Marz and The Terminator. Tim asks Marz and The Terminator for their thoughts on their victory. The Terminator said it was about time that he finally won something, and despite the fact he doesn't get on with Marz, he's still glad to be xWa Tag-Team Champion. Marz takes the stick and the crowd jeers with fury. Marz immediately tells the crowd to shut the crappity smack up, and he gets the biggest boos of the night. Marz says he's good at ruining dreams. He almost ruined the TWF's dream of being the very best in the business...he ruined NJS's dreams on more than one occasion, and now, he's going to ruin XCW. Marz says that there's only one thing he hates more than XCW, and that's the ground NJS walks on. Marz slams Lita for following NJS around like he's The Messiah. Marz says that HE is The Messiah, The King of Hardkore...and the best Michelle had...BABY! Marz walks out of shot and The Terminator just smirks at Lovejoy before walking down the hall.

'Bodies' hits and the crowd jeers as Falcon, Rachael and Holly walk down to the ring. This is Holly's first TWF match since Summer Break, where she failed to become Women's Champion. Tonight, she has another bite at the cherry, as do Falcon and Rachael.
Atomically Kool Kat and Libra then walk out to some cheers, but everyone awaits the arrival of the champion. 'Lovefurypassionenergy' finally hits and the crowd cheers as Lita walks down to the ring with the TWF Women's Championship on her shoulder. He gets in the ring and immediately starts on Falcon.
The first 2 eliminations were quick. Rachael was pinned by Libra, then Kool Kat was pinned by Libra, which drew a shock, but the two then brawled, only for Libra to be pinned by Holly. Falcon and Lita brawled, leaving Holly, who was cheap-shotted by Rachael from behind! Rachael beat-down on Holly and Falcon then pinned her. Falcon then leaped in the ring to be met by a Twist Of Fate from Lita! Lita then hit her boyfriend's move the Lionsault and pinned Falcon to huge cheers in the ring.
'Lovefurypassionenergy' hits and Lita grabs her title belt and walks straight to the back, unaware of what is happening to Holly until she walks halfway up the ramp and hears the crowd jeer. She looks up at the JumboTron and then walks back down. The crowd cheers, but suddenly, Jason Davies leaps back over the ramp! The crowd cheers as Davies super kicks Rachael out of the way! Jason then picks Holly up, and she appears to thank him. Jason then kisses Holly?! Lita watches over this and is quite shocked. She says to Jason that he might regret that...but then Holly kisses him back! Lita smiles and walks back up the ramp to huge cheers, whilst Jason and Holly exit through the crowd once more.

Backstage; Mr. BIG and The Bandit are sitting on a green sofa, with Bandit's IC Title laying on top of the sofa. NJS appears to behind a bar watching a 14" TV whilst Biggie and Bandit are watching a huge 72" Plasma TV. Biggie says that was an impressive victory by NJS's girlfriend. NJS says that he also has a little surprise in store for his girlfriend when she gets back. Bandit asks if it's along the lines of Paris or Amsterdam. NJS says that he's been dating Lita for near enough 2 years and he loves her more than life itself. Biggie says that NJS has outlasted many of his 'girlfriends' and NJS then pulls out of his back pocket an engagement ring! Bandit gasps and Biggie looks at NJS oddly. Biggie says that NJS is his best buddy, but is he sure what the hell is doing. NJS says he is dead certain. NJS says he won't do it tonight, but he may do it soon. Biggie then walks over to a fridge and grabs a Cherry Coke for himself, a Mountain Dew for Bandit and a Budweiser for NJS. Biggie then proposes a toast...to Mr. and Mrs. J-S. The three men then down their drinks and Biggie then goes to stretch for his tlC Match later on tonight.

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles go over what they have just heard, and they take it that NJS will propose to have Lita's hand in marriage?! Scott then tells us that "Up Next" is a bitter rivalry will hopefully be settled...The Vamp and JCVS.

[BG Music: 'Now Or Never' - Dope]

The Bridgend Dome darkens when suddenly, 'Slow Chemical' begins to echo through the PA. BANG! The fireworks go off and a retro looking Vamp, mask and all, walks down to the ring wearing a Seek And Destroy T-Shirt. He slowly walks down to the ring, and when he enters, he sets all 4 turnbuckles on fire. The lights then go out, as always, but when they come back, JCVS is standing on the top turnbuckle! He smashes Vamp with a Dropkick and this Hardkore Title match began!
These two men, albeit former partners, contested a stonker of a match. They gave their all and the fans enjoyed seeing both men beat the living hell out of each other. Eventually, despite going all around the dome, including the backstage area and the crowd, it ended back up at ringside, where The Vamp blinded JCVS with a fire extinguisher and then hit him with a chokeslam! 1-2-3!
'Slow Chemical' hits and The Vamp laughs as he is given the Hardkore Title from referee Kevin Poole. The Vamp then grabs a baseball bat and leaps up to the top rope! The Vamp then plants JC with a baseball bat to the neck! The crowd boos with fury and some sections are chanting "Holy Shit!". The Vamp sets the turnbuckles alight once more before walking backstage.

--- XCW Anarchy Rulz Commercial ---

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles remind us that XCW Anarchy Rulz, the next PPV from the xWa Co-Founders XCW, takes place on Sunday April 18th and is sure to be a huge event!

Backstage; S.I.N. are in a quiet corner, getting ready for their Tag-Team Championship match, scheduled to come up next. The AshTaker says that this is S.I.N's chance to bury Brownie and Steven Jenkins and take their ashes to the darkside, where they belong. The Terminator and Deadman both laugh and the three men make their way toward the ring.

'Out Of My Way' hits for the second time tonight, and the cheers are just as loud as the first time as Brownie and Steven Jenkins walk down to the ring with Hayley Holder and TWF TV Champion Blonde Man. Brownie and Steven Jenkins have long looked like a real threat to Deadman and The AshTaker's crown and tonight look ready and poised to finally take the championships from around their waists.
The AshTaker's symbol lowers in-front of the TotalTron. The crowd is awaiting the bang of the symbol exploding into flames, but suddenly, druids align the aisle ways. BANG! The explosion caught everyone by surprise and the 'Graveyard Symphony' starts up as S.I.N. pose on the ramp before walking down to the ring. The three men talk tactics before posing once more before entering the ring. Team EV leave the ring, allowing S.I.N. to pose with the belts, possibly for the last time.
These two teams contested a tag-team match for the ages. Both teams gave their all for the titles, and settled their long and brutal rivalry once and for all. Brownie looked to have the match won when he hit Deadman with a Martial Arts Kick, but as he covered, Terminator pulled him out of the ring. Terminator looked to hit Game Over on the outside, but Blonde Man planted him with the his TV Title belt! Brownie entered the ring only to be met by The Ash-Bomb! Deadman covered, but Blonde Man put Brownie's leg on the ropes. Jenkins took care of AshTaker and Brownie hit the Karate Kick on Deadman! 1-2-3!
'Out Of My Way' blasts over the PA to HUGE cheers. Team EV have finally done it! Blonde Man is ecstatic, and so he should be! Team EV have finally won the TWF Tag-Team Championship belts! The three men pose in the middle of the ring with Hayley Holder clapping on proudly on the outside. S.I.N. have re-grouped and are walking back up the ramp in sheer disgust!

Backstage; Mr. BIG is standing by with Michael King. King asks Biggie on what he thinks that in less than 5 minutes, he finally faces the man who almost killed his career inside the most hellacious structure in all of wrestling, the Hell In A Cell. Biggie starts by saying "Finally...The BIG Storm has come back...To The Bridgend Dome!". Biggie then says that tonight, he does finally get to face Frekishi one-on-one and there's a very good chance he's gonna kick Frekishi's ass. Mr. BIG says that this one match will not do justice to what Frekishi did to him. Biggie says as sure as his Hall of Fame Banner is still up tomorrow morning, he's gonna keep kicking Frekishi's ass until he can't take no more. And that's because Mr. B, Mr. I, Mr. G...That's Mr. B-I-G Said So! WHO BETTA?!

The cell is shown being lowered as Road Agents, Referees and Production Staff are getting ready for the most brutal match in Total Wrestling Federation history...tlC IV! Scott and Joey then introduce a video package, that really doesn't need an introduction.

[BG Music: 'Pieces' - Hoobastank]

Rachel Stevens gets on the microphone as the ring bell rings. "Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is Tables, Ladders, Cell IV! This match can be won via Pinfall or Submission only". The crowd explodes as she announces this.
"I'm A Fhat Man...Hahahaha" 'Fhat Man' hits to the most vicious boos ever heard. Frekishi appears on the ramp with a huge smile on his face as he walks down the ramp. Once he gets to ringside, he examines the cell before stepping inside and warming up in the ring.
The arena falls into darkness to huge cheers when those infamous appear on the JumboTron..."Just Think About It"...the highlights of the great career flashes by...BANG! 'Prayer' by Disturbed hits and the crowd EXPLODES. "And his opponent...from Broadlands, Bridgend, Wales...weighing in at 202lbs...MR. BIG!". The crowd keeps cheering as Mr. BIG appears on stage. He high-fives every fan in the aisle way and then walks straight into the cell and stares at Frekishi as the cell door is locked. Referee Peter Cavalli gets the all-clear from Lee Williams on the outside and we are a-go!
This match was unreal. These two men looked to settle everything inside the cell and they managed to break down the door and battle in the crowd for a short while. The match, however, came to a really shocking conclusion. Biggie and Frekishi had climbed to the top and were brawling on the top of the cell, when High Voltage raced down to the ring on a Golf Buggy! HV climbed up the cell and brawled with Biggie, but Frekishi and HV then hit Biggie with a Double Chokeslam through the cell! HOLY SHIT! Frekishi and HV are on the same page after all! HV and Frekishi lift each other's arms in the air, when HV hits Frekishi in the gut and throws him off the cell and he lands on the Golf Buggy! The crowd now gives HV a mixed reaction as he climbs down from the ring. Frekishi appears to need the most medical attention, but referee Peter Cavalli declares both men unable to continue and the match is a draw! Both men are aided to the back by medical staff and road agents.

Backstage, Hawke is seen preparing himself for our next match, an Ambulance Match for the xWa Championship!

[BG Music: 'Break Stuff' - Limp Bizkit]

'What About Hawke?' blasts over the PA as the Ambulance is driven into position. Hawke walks out alone for this match for the first time in quite a while. Hawke looks to finally defeat NJS here tonight and become the xWa Champion!
The y2j-ohmmeter begins counting down to huge cheers...it hits double 00...BANG! 'Bring Me Down' by Puddle of Mudd starts up one more time as NJS and Lita walk down the aisle way. However, Hawke wastes no time and the two men begin brawling in the aisle!
This match was superb. Although not as good as their amazing Buried Alive Match at Deadly MindGames, it was still one of the best matches of the night. But like the previous match, it came to yet another shocking conclusion. NJS and Hawke brawled up by the ambulance, which was positioned on the ramp, when NJS shoved Hawke into the Ambulance. The match looked to be over, when NJS closed the door, but the Ambulance Driver refused to drive off! NJS confronted the Ambulance Driver...and it was MR. EDWARDS! The crowd jeered as Edwards hit NJS in the face and Hawke managed to get out. Hawke got rid of Lita and then the two men double-teamed NJS. The Bandit looked to be headed toward the ring, but it was too late. NJS was shoved in the back and Mr. Edwards drove off!
The crowd was stunned. There was an erry silence through out the arena. Hawke has won the xWa Championship Belt! Hawke stands in the middle of the stage simply laughing at what has just occurred. Backstage, The Bandit, JT Money and Mr. BIG look stunned as they watch Hawke laughing away on the ramp.

--- TWF Cyberslam II Commercial ---

We return from the Cyberslam II advert to Scott and Joey looking stunned at what has just happened. Mr. Edwards, who is supposed to not be here, has screwed NJS out of his xWa Championship! Scott and Joey then introduce a video package about our main event tonight, the Fatal Four Way to determine the new TWF World Champion!

[BG Music: 'The Unforgiven' - Metallica]

Rachel Stevens gets on the microphone and announces that the following contest is a Fatal Four Way match for the vacant TWF World Championship.
"Ohhhhh AJ!" The females cheer and the males jeer as AJ Jeffers walks slowly and cockily down to the ring. Of the competitors in this match, only one man has not been a TWF World Champion. AJ enters the ring and poses for the ladies before awaiting the arrival of his opponents.
"Well...I'm Here!"...BAM! BOOM! BANG! The crowd gives a mixed reaction to High Voltage as he walks down to the ring. HV was to face The Shott here tonight, regardless and enters this match as favourite to win the championship.
The opening riff of 'The Last Time Again' hits and Marz comes out rapin, high fiving the peeps around ringside, then in the ring goes to turnbuckle and poses to huge boos from the crowd. Marz and HV have a history and they will probably seek to fight it off in this encounter.
The arena darkens as 'Cemetery Gates' by Pantera echoes through the PA to HUGE cheers. The Assassin walks slowly down to the ring with the crowd chanting his name. Assassin leaps into the ring and the crowd cheers as the match begins.
The 4 men held no boundaries as they fought to the death to become TWF World Champion. Every pinfall was contested since this was no elimination match. However, it looked for the most part like The Assassin would become TWF World Champion. He brawled with AJ Jeffers on the outside as HV and Marz took the fight in the ring. Marz looked to have HV beat after hitting The Pedigree and went up top, looking for the bomb. The Assassin nailed AJ into the ring post with such a force that Marz fell on his cahones! The crowd cheered, but High Voltage got back up and grabbed Marz by the throat! The Electric Shock from the top turnbuckle! HV covered...1-2-3!
'High Voltage' hit and HV stood over Marz laughing, much like Hawke did. High Voltage is a 3-time TWF World's Champion! Backstage, Mr. BIG looks on as HV poses on the turnbuckles. One year after he had to vacate the championship himself because of illness, High Voltage is back on top of the TWF Mountain!
