XCW K.O.T.R Semi-Final 1
Single
The Bandit defeated Johnny via a Bandit Stretch, in a long match, that bought out the best of Johnny. After-Match, Johnny attacks The Bandit from behind but The Bandit then gets the upper hand on Johnny and Powerbombs Johnny. The Bandit then leaves the ring applauding the crowd.
Fade Out 

Commentators
J.R tells The King that The Bandit has got a very strong chance in become this year's XCW King of the ring Champion. The King responds to J.R's predication saying that The Terminator has also got a VERY good chance.

Interview with The Terminator
Interviewer: Kelly Dalglish
Kelly asks The Terminator weather he has got a god chance in winning the 2004 XCW King of the ring tournament. The Terminator replies saying that, "Ofcourse I have!"

We see Mr. BIG unloading his bag from his car, with a huge pop from the crowd.

Match #2
XCW K.O.T.R Semi-Final 2
Single
The Terminator defeated Michael Bonette via a T3. Though it was not as long as the previous match, the match did bring out the potential of both wrestlers. After-Match, we see The Bandit in Z-Pack's locker room watching The Terminator beating Michael Bonette, with The Bandit looking quite impressed.

Commentators
The King tells J.R that he told him that The Terminator would make it into the finals.

Backstage
We see MI7 and The Celtic Warrior talking about The Celtic Warrior's handicap match between Big Martin & The Unknown, with MI7 motivating The Celtic Warrior. The Celtic then asks MI7 "If things get a bit out of hand, could you guys come and help me please." MI7 accepts. MI7 then wishes The Celtic Warrior luck and The Celtic Warrior leaves MI7's and his locker room. Then we see Big Martin and The Unknown waiting for The Celtic Warrior to get as far away from The Celtic Warrior's and MI7's locker room. The Unknown asks Big Martin whether The Celtic Warrior has gone. Big Martin replies saying yes, then we see The Unknown and Big Martin entering Mi7's and CW's locker room where we hear things being smashed. After about 5 minutes, we see The Unknown & Big Martin exiting Mi7 and CW's locker room with a big fat smirk on their faces. 

Commentators
J.R tells The King that he doesn't like The Celtic Warrior's chances one bit. The King follows up saying that there is nothing that pathetic Co-Owner, Mick Foley can do. The King then adds Mr. Job-Smith is a great boss.

Match #3
Handicap Chamber Match
Big Martin & The Unknown defeated The Celtic Warrior via a Mart-Bash from Martin. The match was one sided from start to finish. After-Match, we see paramedics coming to the aid of The Celtic Warrior, we then see The Celtic Warrior being stretchered to the Ambulance backstage and taken to the Princess of Wales Hospital.

Interview with The Bandit
Interviewer: Chris Leary
Chris asks The Bandit how does it feel to be in the King of the ring final? The Bandit replies saying that he is looking forward to the match. The Bandit goes on to say that if he wins, he will throw a massive party tomorrow.

Backstage in Hell's Disciples locker room we see the room only lit with the use of candles with Deadman saying that tonight is the night where Mr. BIG shall lay to rest for ETERNITY!!

xWa Tag-Team Championships
Tag-Team
BSB & Silver © defeated Jacup & Josh w/Nail and Lee via a quick roll-up from BSB to Josh. Not a classic tag-team match, but a good match, which saw Jacup & Josh dominate and were unlucky to lose. After-Match, The Danger Broz attack BSB & Silver and they completely destroyed BSB & Silver. Then Mick Foley's music hits and Foley comes to the stage and says that at xWa Xtreme Intentions II it will be a triple threat tag-team match for the xWa Tag-Team Tiles and it will be Jacup & Josh vs Silver & BSB vs a tag-team of the TWF's decision. Have an Nice Day. Foley's music hits and Foley walks back to his office and Jacup & Josh looking quite happy with Foley's match at xWa Xtreme Intentions II.

J.R ensures us that next Sunday, xWa Xtreme Intentions II will be the xWa's best P.P.V ever! J.R then says here are some of the highlights from last year's xWa Xtreme Intentions.

Backstage
We see the T.V screen being spilt in half one half showing The Bandit leaving Z-Pack's locker room with Mr. BIG wishing The Bandit all the best and The Bandit heading to the ring and the other side showing The Terminator heading to the ring.

Match #5
XCW K.O.T.R Final
The Bandit defeated The Terminator via a Sharpshooter. Although it was a very long match, it was well worth watching it, it took a lot out of both wrestlers and both wrestlers gave it all they had. After-Match, we see The Bandit leaving the ring walking slowly back to his locker room applauding the fans.

Commentators
The King tells J.R that it must have been a fluke that The Bandit won. J.R replies saying, fluke or no fluke at the end of the day The Bandit is this year's XCW K.O.T.R 2004 champion and he will now go onto face either The AshTaker or Mr. BIG for the XCW World Championship.

Backstage
We see Stacy Keibler telling The Rich that "next year you will be winning the XCW K.O.T.R, but anyway back on tonight don't worry about your match everything is under control."

Match #6
Hell in a Cell
The Rich defeated The Fox via a Impaler. During the match, The Rich's manager, Stacy Keibler came to the ring and flirted with referee, Alan Harris to open the cell door which he does and Stacy pulls out a pair of brass knuckles from her bra. The match was long yet very watchable and very physical and brutal. Overall it was a tremendous match.

Commentators
J.R applauds the 2 wrestlers on their standard of wrestling through out the match. J.R then goes onto hype up the main event, which is next. J.R goes onto say that Mr. BIG has out performed The AshTaker in every trick The AshTaker has done.

We see The Kitten waiting for Mr. BIG to leave his locker room, after a few minutes Mr. BIG leaves Z-Pack's locker room and The Kitten walks up to Mr. BIG and puts her hands over Mr. BIG's body, saying I'll wait up for you.

Special Guest Referee: Deadman
The AshTaker © defeated Mr. BIG via a Tombstone Piledriver, after special guest referee Deadman hit the Death Stunner out of the blue to Mr. BIG allowing The AshTaker to get Mr. BIG into a Tombstone Piledriver. Again a very long match but as usual it was a fantastic match from start to finish and Mr. BIG showed what he is capable of and was very unlucky to lose. After-Match, Deadman and The AshTaker hit cheep shots at the helpless Mr. BIG and chucks Mr. BIG out of the ring as Deadman and The AshTaker celebrate The AshTaker's victory by drinking Mr. BIG's Cherry Coke. Until the arena lights go off and the bell tolls and up on the XtremeVision the words say, "I'm coming after you!"
