xWa Xtreme Overdose II Summary
6th Jul, 2004 at 8:49pm

Okay, before you start after you've read the results.
I will serve the brunt of this rant. OK, the results are short and brief, but the TWF and wrestling in general has fallen to the bottom of a very long pile at the moment. Plus, my brother is moving house and I'm needed to help do things when I should be here. If one member of the team has a crap game, but the team wins, then it doesn't matter, right? Think of this being the crap game. Anyway, here are the results.

xWa XTreMe Overdose II
Saturday, June 26th 2004
The XCW Arena, Brackla, Bridgend

An extensive video package, one of the longest in both promotion's history airs to begin the broadcast. It highlights what has happened in the xWa since it's inception and magnifies our main event of JT Money vs. Deadman. Then, to end it, Mr. Edwards and Mr. Job-Smith are standing at the bottom of the Pyramid Cage, looking up.
"And now...the TWF and XCW co-present...in association with Winamp...xWa Xtreme Overdose...2!". 'Meant To Live' by Switchfoot blasts over the PA and the crowd EXPLODES as we are ready to rock with a huge show! 'JR' Jim Ross and Jerry 'The King' Lawler are on hand to call XCW action, which is main evented by the match for the XCW World Championship in The AshTaker's possession...against an opponent of Commissioner Mick Foley's choosing. And of course...the TWF are here!
Scott Hudson and Joey Styles welcome us to ringside, and the camera pans up to the Pyramid Cage, which will be used for perhaps, the most brutal match of a feud we have seen in the making for over a year...High Voltage and Mr. BIG will do battle inside the structure for the TWF World Championship!

Already in the ring are Disko Stu, "Slick" Nick Bampevino and D'Lo...suddenly "Oh...AJ!". The crowd gives a mixed reaction as AJ Jeffers struts his way down to the ring to begin this Fatal Four Way match to determine the XCW Cruiserweight Champion!
XCW Cruiserweight Championship
4-Way
Disko Stu w/ Disko Ladiez © defeated D’Lo and Nick Bampevino and AJ Jeffers via a Disko Touch to Nick Bampevino after one of the Disko Ladiez came to the apron and flashed at Nick Bampevino. The match was a very high flying cruiserweight match as we all expected.

Backstage; Marz is walking down a hall way, when he bumps into High Voltage, who is walking down the hall way in a different direction. HV stops and laughs at Marz. HV says that Marz is still 4"2 and still can't reach Michelle's lower regions. The crowd boos and despite Marz being towered over, Marz says that frankly, he couldn't care what HV happens to say. Mr. BIG and Marz have had their past...yeah they were best friends turned enemies...but now, he hates only one man even more...High Voltage. So tonight, Biggie will kick HV's ass and take him OUT...OF THIS...WORLD! The crowd cheers as HV gets red with anger and Marz smiles and walks off.

The next match was a Fatal Four Way for the TWF TV Championship which saw Blonde Man defend against old rival Jason Davies and his Jock team-mate, Karl Davies, who has dropped the 'Stone Kold' moniker from tonight, going back to his old ways. This match featured a mystery participant...who was...NWA-TNA'S SHARK BOY! The crowd exploded as his TNA theme music hit and he did his usual poses on the turnbuckles! The extremely popular superstar has gained mainstream attention, and has a huge cult following.
The match was very typical of the old TV division, proving that even this belt has a lot of prestige, but in the end, it was Blonde Man who prevailed. He hit Jason with his own 3-Point Football Stance and scored the pinfall as Shark Boy hit the Deep Sea Driver on Karl Davies. Blonde Man left the ring quickly, but Shark Boy stuck around, when NJS walked out onto the stage. He applauded Shark Boy and then placed a fin on his head and both men acknowledged each other with a hug before posing and walking backstage.

XCW Tag-Team Championships
MI7 © DRAW Big Martin & The Unknown via DQ, after Agent F & C went nuts on Big Martin & The Unknown by knocking them out with steel chairs. After-Match, Security staff comes to the ring and breaks up the brawl between MI7 and Big Martin & The Unknown.

As we break from tag-team action...'P.I.M.P.' by 50 Cent echoes over the PA to HUGE boos. Mr. Edwards makes his way down to the ring, and then '2+2=5' by Radiohead plays and Mr. Job-Smith walks down to the ring. Mr. Edwards says that tonight celebrates the first anniversary of the first xWa joint production...Xtreme Overdose 1. And now, Mr. Job-Smith and he are proud to announce that on October 9th 2004, xWa will hold Xtreme Intentions 2004 at...Earl's Court in London! The crowd cheers at this announcement. Mr. Edwards also says that he is also here to announce the main event for TWF-xWa Total Chaos on July 18th at the Brynteg Arena. Mr. Edwards says... SWOOSH! "THIS EARTH...IS NOT YOUR PLACE"...IT'S JEFF JARRETT! The crowd cheers as Jeff walks down to the ring with his trademark silver guitar and the NWA World Champion walked down to the ring with a huge smile on his face. Jeff says that he is here to announce that on November 24th at Stage 21 in Orlando, the xWa will face the TNA on a night of competition between the two promotions...and he's here also to say damn, the xWa rules and that Mr. Job-Smith and Mr. Edwards are no slapnuts. Edwards then says that his announcement for the main event at Total Chaos is that Mr. BIG, The Bandit, The Assassin, NJS and JT Money will face High Voltage, Frekishi, Hawke, Karl Davies and Jason Davies in a 5-on-5 elimination match...also known as WARGAMES!

• The Rogerz [TWF] d. Ryan Jenkins & Stephen Dimmock [TWF] to keep the TWF Tag-Team Championships.

• Big Sexy Badass & Silver [TWF/XWF] d. Jacup & Josh in a brutal Ladder Match to retain the xWa Tag-Team Championships.

Backstage; Tim Lovejoy is about to introduce a video package...when Mr. BIG walks up to Lovejoy. The crowd pops big time as Biggie, dressed in his casual gear says that Finally, he's back at the XCW Arena. Tonight is his night. Firstly, the announcement of the WARGAMES match at Total Chaos to Settle the Score. And tonight, he is gonna finally, 2 years later, become a 5-time TWF World Champion! Damn it, he will go down in history as the greatest wrestler of all time if he wins tonight...and that's cause B-I-G said so...WHO BETTA?!

Rachel Stevens gets on the microphone..."Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is the TWF's Main Event for the evening...and it is a PYRAMID CAGE MATCH for the TWF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!"
The crowd has exploded. Scott and Joey say that this is the match everyone has been waiting for...and no disrespect to XCW...it will steal the show. The TWF World Championship is hanging high at the top of cage, and Joey says that no one ever survives the Pyramid Cage...their souls all die inside. Scott reminds us that the only other Pyramid Cage Match in TWF history was a year ago at the Embassy Coliseum at TWF-xWa Total Chaos, which The Bandit defeated Hawke to regain the TWF World Championship.
"And Now...introducing first..."..."Well...I'm Here!"...The crowd jeers with fury...BAM! BANG! BOOM! 'High Voltage' by Linkin Park hits as High Voltage appears on the stage. He looks up at the top of the Pyramid Cage, where his TWF World Championship now hangs. Scott also informs us that the difference between this Pyramid Cage and the last one, is that there is no steel on the base of the pyramid. HV enters the ring, poses and then leaps off the turnbuckle.
"And the challenger...!" The crowd has EXPLODED! 'JUST...THINK...ABOUT IT!".......The greatest moments flash by....BANG! "Where's your crown...KING NOTHING!"...'King Nothing' by Metallica hits and Mr. BIG is standing in his usual reverse crucifix. He slowly walks down the ramp, high-fiving every fan in the aisle. He stands outside the cage, admiring the structure, before leaping into the ring and beginning what is bound to be a hellish match!
This match was UNBELIEVABLE! This will rank as one of the top 5 matches of the year in any wrestling promotion and of any in xWa History! Both men had no remorse toward each other and wanted to win so badly! Biggie was definitely on the receiving end for most the match, however, when he showed offence, he showed it in buckets, using his great mind to out think High Voltage on more than one occasion. Both men liked the use of ladders, and they used them to brutal effect. However, only one man could win this blood fest. The end looked to be near after High Voltage had hit Mr. BIG with his old finisher, the Full Up pedigree. HV looked to climb the ladder, but looked extremely cocky. He wrestled a 20 feet ladder into a turnbuckle and grabbed a bloodied Mr. BIG and thew him into the ladder. HV began mocking Mr. BIG's old finisher, the Firebreather. HV looked to hit the move himself, but at the last moment, Biggie dodged it and HV was now laying on the ladder! Biggie stood in the middle of the ring and suddenly smiled. The crowd cheered. He went back into the other turnbuckle...FIREBREATHER! HV was dazed...Biggie was quick to realise that there was a ladder besides HV...EQUALISER onto the ladder. Biggie climbed up a few rungs of the ladder...when HV, amazingly, managed to get back up very quickly. He climbed the other side, and looked to possibly hit Biggie with a move off the top of the ladder. The two men traded blows at the top of the ladder, and when Biggie looked to have one hand on the gold, HV grabbed Biggie by the throat! NO! SURELY NOT! NO...thank God. Biggie hit HV in the gut with a well placed right hand...and grabbed his throat! NO WAY...HOLY SHIT! MOTHER OF GOD! BIGGIE NAILED HV WITH THE ELECTRIC SHOCK OFF THE LADDER! Biggie still stood on the top rung...AND GRABBED THE BELT! HE DID IT! MR. BIG IS TWF WORLD CHAMPION!
'King Nothing' hit and the crowd went APE SHIT! The front rows gave a standing ovation as Biggie climbed down the ladder. HV was in a pool of his own blood. Biggie stood on the turnbuckles and had a bloodied smile, like Mick Foley at KOTR '98. Finally...after almost 2 years...Mr. BIG has become TWF World Champion for a record 5th time. Backstage; The Bandit, JT Money, Big Sexy Badass, Silver, Summer, NJS and Lita are all standing and cheering in the locker room, and now all have a Cherry Coke in hand. Back at ringside, Biggie exits the cage with 'King Nothing' playing in the background. He goes backstage and then grabs a microphone. He says that in 5 years of TWF history, there has never been a more brutal and exciting match...and he was in it. Thanks to the fans and his buddies backstage to cheering him on...and at Total Chaos...Biggie will end HV's stable the only way he can...by sending it straight to hell!

XCW World Championship
The AshTaker © defeated Madman via a Tombstone Piledriver after Deadman interfered in the match and nailed the Death Stunner to Madman. After-Match, we see Madman laying in the ring as we see The AshTaker tainting at Madman up on the stage. The match was a very physical match and it was a very impressive début by Madman and showed everyone that he can be up there with the top of XCW superstars.

• JT Money [TWF/XWF] and Deadman [TWF/XCW] fought to a draw in a match for the xWa Championship.
