There are no actions to perform.
-- After FURY, the crowd at the Rhys Reed Entertainment Centre were treated to a great "classy" tribute to Dimebag Darrell, the legendary Pantera and Damageplan axe-man who was shot on stage. Ryan Jenkins started it off by coming out and saying that he is devastated by the loss of his idol and would like to pay tribute by dedicating tonight to the man. The crowd cheered, and suddenly, Stephen Dimmock and Adam Taylor came out, who echoed what Jenkins said. However, then came Mr. BIG, NJS, AJ Jeffers and some road agents. Biggie then said "Everyone knows I'm straight edge, but since it's for Dime, we can make an exception" and toasted Dime and his buddies in the ring with a Bud Ice. They all toasted each other and made a final toast to Dimebag before walking backstage.

-- It was completely unscripted and many members of the crowd said it made the night feel a lot more special.

-- The TWF was ecstatic with the quality of this week's programming, and BSkyB have said the TWF's rating for Grit BasH was among the highest of the year, which has began to hurt Sky, who have, of course, decided not to renew the TWF's deal, which now means the TWF has opened up bidding for the rights to WarZone and other TV options that may come up. It is still rumoured that Five may pick up WarZone, or The Wrestling Channel will add to an increasing portfolio of promotions.

-- Speaking of TV, the TWF is reminding all talent that nothing too special will take place on the final Grit BasH on Sky Sports, and has informed talent that just like when WWF Raw switched from USA to TNN, nothing will change. Many TWF talent see it as advantage that the xWn can now be marketed as the home of the TWF.

-- The xWa announced at an EGM recently that in 2005, it expected to launch xWr, Xtreme Wrestling Radio, and has already assigned timeslots to shows dedicated to the TWF, XCW, WEW and XWF. It will also offer exclusive coverage and interviews with xWa superstars, as well as playing music of the Rock/Metal variety.

-- In people-related news, there was a massive altercation today between Mr. BIG and Frekishi. All observers said that Biggie was not right with what his reaction to Frekishi's abuse was, but it wasn't wrong either. There was said to be some kicks and punches thrown, all but one missing. Biggie has already told Frekishi that he is walking a tightrope as far as being a TWF wrestler is concerned and with his recent actions, he could be out of the TWF sooner than we thought.

-- The main reason Frekishi has not been let go just yet because of the Triad angle and the TWF would rather not risk having to find another Triad member so soon after the AJ Jeffers alignment change.

-- NJS, as guessed from FURY, will be present at Fury this Friday and PayBack, and will be eased back into the ring come January.

-- NJS was said to be a huge fan of the writing team's work this week, and singled out some writers for praise in delivering two top-quality shows. What many backstage are not aware of is that Mr. BIG wrote the majority of the two shows and will write most of Grit BasH and FURY before handing back the honours to the writing team after Christmas.

-- The TWF has also confirmed today that it will return from it's longest ever Winter Break on January 9th with New Year Partee and a full TV Schedule afterward. At the event we expect to hear more about Bash at the Beach and xWa Parental Advisory 2005.

There are no actions to perform.
-- There has been no really major news to come out of the TWF in the past few days mainly because of everything settling down due to the Christmas Period. All that's left is to review the year and look forward to 2005.

-- Announced this week by THQ was that they are finally going to go into development of a TWF Wrestling Game for PlayStation 2. The title, "TWF Summer Break: The Game", will be released in time for next year's event and we are told that it will feature the same standards you have come to expect in the WWE series of games, but in a unique TWF style, including the fact that when you go through season mode you will receive certain bonuses and bonus stars. THQ were also quick to confirm that the Rage in the Double Cage, House of Pain and Buried Alive matches will be in, as will WarGames.

-- Mr. BIG, Frekishi and The Shott have been engaging in a huge war of words over the past few weeks that could see the latter two fired. This news seems to come through each week and it is not surprising talent. Frekishi has become very outspoken recently in Biggie's treatment of him, saying that he has ditched him and his character whilst being too busy elevating talent like Louise who are only in it for the money. The Shott seems to have taken Frekishi's side, with Marz surprisingly taking Biggie's side of the story, saying that The Shott and Frekishi's gimmick need to be refreshed and Biggie has given them ideas as to how that can happen. They have not taken to them kindly despite the fact that they are strong ideas and can boost their overness. If the situation does not improve, it is likely that when their current angles finish, both will be asked kindly to leave. XCW seems to be both their calling, but XCW has recently seen the same side to both that the TWF has, particularly with Frekishi, who's confrontations with AJ Jeffers are a major source of discussion in XCW locker rooms at the moment.

-- The TWF has asked us to remind you that following PayBack, the TWF goes on it's annual Christmas break, and will return to PPV on New Year Partee on January 9th 2005. In-between, there will be one piece of new programming - the Best of 2004 Awards on New Year's Eve. Besides that, Meltdown and Time-Out will be holding bloopers shows and Best of special's themselves.

-- Prior to PayBack, Mr. BIG set the tone for 2005 by saying that the TWF will be out to impress. It appears that most things will be geared toward the 5th Anniversary Celebrations in the early part of the year, with the mid-part dedicated toward Summer Break VI.

-- Speaking of Summer Break VI, the MGM Grande Garden is favourite to hold the event. But, The Millennium Stadium, Soldier Field, Brackla Community Centre and even Old Trafford are said to be after the event.

-- When the TWF does go on it's anticipated North American Tour next year, it is expected that they only stop in the North part of the US and major Canadian cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Edmonton, Calgary, Montreal and possibly Vancouver, as well as Detroit, Chicago, Milwaukee, Grand Rapids, Columbus and possibly Boston.

-- The TWF recently held it's Christmas party at the Hardkore Café in the Bridgend Dome. Many said it was a very high-spirited affair and a good night was enjoyed by all. All the talent and staff brought wives and girlfriends, whilst children were also given free roam. One surprise was Mr. BIG's antics, or lack there of. He seems fairly comfortable walking around and just having a chat, instead of being a rowdy so-and-so like many were being. A lot of people said that is Biggie's nature to be mature due to his background of having both a father and brother (Mr. Edwards was a policeman before re-joining the TWF as chairman) in law enforcement.

-- NJS was present with Lita although neither were particularly rowdy due to Lita's pregnancy. NJS was with both his wife and Louise for most of night. Quite surprisingly, Louise arrived alone, as did Biggie, which certainly raised eyebrows.

-- After Christmas, Team EV is expected to get a pretty big push along with Hades. Their angle has been one of the best received backstage.

-- There is talk of in March next year that the TWF will honour the members of staff who have been there since the start, including Mr. BIG, NJS, AJ Jeffers, Marz, Owen Carl, and Team EV, who have been regulars for the 5 years of the TWF's existence.
