Interview with Frekishi
[Originally conducted in October 2003]

Back when the TWF was first established in the year 2000, there were many future superstars you could have picked out, even from just a few shows. Names such as Mr. BIG, Marz and NJS became the biggest names in wrestling, whilst some stars played second fiddle...AJ Jeffers, and Frekishi.
However, Frekishi is a vengeful man and on October 26th 2003, entered wrestling notoriety when he hit his patented Sit-Out Powerbomb on Mr. BIG off the TotalTron and sent Mr. BIG flying over 80 feet to the ground. Frekishi had 'made it', in his words. In this interview, we talk to him about his career and his remarkable battle through illness, and why he chose Mr. BIG as his victim.

TWF: Frekishi, thank you for joining us today. You first set foot in the TWF on February 11th 2000, when you debuted as The BIG Show. As you have told many people, the TWF was a very different place back then. Describe what it was like for you, as a wrestler, to enter a promotion that had taken it's steps in a world dominated by the WWF, WCW and ECW.
Frekishi: Well, back then, the TWF, as you said, had only just been setup. I was wrestling for SCW, who had been around for around 2 months before the TWF setup. I received a call from my agent asking if I would wrestle for the Tremains company, as it was known then. The wrestlers got changed in portakabins, we didn't have proper lights. All we had was a neat sound system and a ring, that was it. And I'm glad to see we have grown.
TWF: SCW, or Spinney Championship Wrestling to give it's full name, was a stepping stone for you. How did it differ from the TWF?
Frekishi: SCW failed on a few things which the TWF got right straight away. The TWF had a proper hierarchy, you knew who to go to when you had a problem. Early on, it was Biggie you went to. In SCW, no one had a clue who was doing what. We were simply told by some guy who we wrestled, what the major spots were, who won and when we could expect our cheque. It sucked, and thankfully, it died, but I'm glad to have started there.
TWF: During your first spell with the TWF, you were struck down with an Illness, which meant you were absent from the ring until 2001. There were many who thought that you would never make a full-time return. What did it feel like to have so many doubters?
Frekishi: When I contracted Juvenile Chronic Arthritis, I didn't see it as much of a problem. But I wrestled against The Demon [Marz] one night, around May, and I just fell really ill. I just couldn't do anything. I was on steroids as part of the illness, which explains why I buffed up over that time. Thankfully, I don't need them any more. The doubters made me a lot more willing to succeed. I bet their all eating their words now.
TWF: Of course, you made a pretty triumphant return on January 1st 2001, getting a standing ovation from a Porthcawl crowd that became the first to boo Mr. BIG since his turn at Summer Break. That's kind of shown how much passion the fans once had for you. Why did you turn on them?
Frekishi: The fans...passion? Are we on the same page? The fans have no passion. They cheer the wrong kind of people. They cheer Biggie, and he's as anti-authority as you can be! If the fans had any sense, I'd be the one they'd be cheering. But they ultimately made the choice.
TWF: Would that have any relevance to the reason why you 'threw' Mr. BIG off the TotalTron at Halloween Hell?
Frekishi: I guess you could say that, yes.
TWF: Biggie is also partly the reason why you are a marked man. Many people have said that because you threw him off the TotalTron, you have made yourself a 'made man'. What do you have to say to these people?
Frekishi: Well, yeah, I'm extremely proud of what I did. I took a self-proclaimed legend and threw him off the TotalTron to prove that the only living legend in the Total Wrestling Federation is Frekishi.
TWF: You and High Voltage have also never quite got a long. Recently, he threw you off the top of the Hell in a Cell during tlC IV against Mr. BIG at Easter HeAT. What do you plan on doing once you return to the ring?
Frekishi: HV is just a dickhead. He prances around in a way that even Biggie despises. Why do you think Biggie challenged him to a match at Cyberslam II? Voltage will need to be stopped. His ego sunk the Titanic.
TWF: Finally, what is next for the World's 'Fhatest Man'?
Frekishi: Another TWF World Championship reign and more anarchy and hell to be caused, that's what.
