XCW: Mr. Job-Smith now that the XCW has been up and running for over a year now, What are your plans for the XCW-xWa for the future?
Mr. Job-Smith: Well the plans for the future is to get upto the pace of what I can only describe as one of the best e-feds if not the only greatest e-fed which is our partners the TWF-xWa.
XCW: Mr. Job-Smith recently you have been accusing Mr. BIG of so called "Has-Been" why is that?
Mr. Job-Smith: Well that is quite simple I don't want him not only endangering himself but other wrestlers.
XCW: Did you expect the XCW to be so successful as it has been?
Mr. Job-Smith: To be honest I didn't think the XCW would have been as successful as it has been, and let it continue.
XCW: Would you like to be considered as bringing in such talents as NJS, Mr. BIG, Deadman, The Ashtaker and many more?
Mr. Job-Smith: Yes I would like to be considered as bringing in great talents.
XCW: Why did you set up a stable so powerful as the nWo?
Mr. Job-Smith: I set up the nWo to show how powerful my men are and to show how great they will all become in future years time
