TWF News and Rumors 2004 XVI
There are no actions to perform.
-- Cyberslam II was said to be up to the TWF's standard, and whilst it wasn't very spectacular, it was a very good show. Backstage, there was a good atmosphere and all the wrestlers said that the crowd was among the best in TWF History.

-- The TWF rolls on into Chicago this week, where The Bandit and JT Money are expected to take center stage in their hometown.

-- The biggest TWF-related news this weekend was that in Chicago on Saturday, there was a police disturbance when Blood Brother Josh began to shout abuse at a party. Jason Davies and Mr. BIG were present and Biggie was extremely angry at BBJ. It is expected that he is either suspended or fired from the company.

-- NJS said in a TV interview this week that he doesn't expect to be back on TWF TV soon. Speaking to Zane Lowe of MTV2's Gonzo, he says that he is glad to be able to spend some time away from the ring at the moment and it just enjoying being himself. NJS has also said that he thinks the TWF won't struggle in his absence because the TWF has enough talent and depth to survive.

-- Mr. BIG has been seen working his guts off over the last couple of weeks in trying to keep the TWF afloat. He is involved in all stages and parts of the company and his hard work is a credit to the promotion he holds so dearly to his heart.

-- xWa Xtreme Intentions 2, which is set to take place June 27th from the XCW Arena, looks increasingly like being a TWF and XCW only program. Mr. BIG admitted recently in a webchat that his RWF re-union show looks like it will never happen, WEW has been having financial trouble and the XWF's status is uncertain, leaving only the TWF and XCW left to put on a show.

-- During a meeting with the TWF Board this week, Mr. BIG says he senses that NCW has one last trick up their sleeves. Biggie spoke to Marz this week and Marz informed him that he has done nothing with NCW in little over 2 years, but the website and so on are still there. Biggie feels that should the TWF cease to exist, as is planned in 2006, NCW will then claim that they have been around longer and will "win" the war. The TWF Board is now seriously considering keeping the company afloat until 2007, even 2008.

-- Scars and Stripes, the special July 4th event will not take place in the US as some rumours have stated. The event will take place at the TWF Arena and will be broadcast for free on xWn.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XVII
There are no actions to perform.
-- As we reported yesterday, Blood Brother Josh has now been fired from the TWF, effective immediately. It was said his behaviour on Saturday night was out of control and was not expected of a person who's behaviour outside of the ring is usually of a good standard. He is not expected to return to the TWF in any capacity any time soon and no promotion is rearing to pick him up.

-- Many backstage sources are becoming critical of how the xWa Championships are decided. Many have no problem with the xWa Championship, but there are doubts over the Tag Team Championships at the moment, mainly because XCW and the TWF are doing different things. There is scheduled to be a Board Meeting tomorrow at TWF Towers between both companies which should aide the process.

-- Mr. BIG has been in the news today because he has apparently found love once more with an attractive young blonde, with pictures of him with her on Saturday night, after the disturbance in Chicago. We confirm that this blonde is Summer, Silver's girlfriend, and the two friends were only pissing about.

-- Many TWF superstars are expected to attend a Chicago nightclub on Tuesday night for a party. Mr. BIG, Jason Davies, The Red Hoodie Crew, Blood Brothers, Atomically Kool Kat are all confirmed, but no one is quite sure whether The Vamp or High Voltage will turn up. Mr. BIG has reportedly said that if HV turns up, he will have to do something about it.

-- There are many Road Agents who are saying that The Bandit is becoming a model superstar and deserves more than his current TWF Intercontinental Championship reign. The Bandit has kept his nose out of trouble since joining the TWF and has been a positive influence backstage thanks to his extensive knowledge of the business. The same can be said for JT Money. He is finally getting the spotlight he deserves in the TWF after being "mis-used" for around a year/2 years.

-- The TWF has managed to register the trademark 'Bash At The Beach'. This is because if a trademark is not used for over 3 years, anyone can pick it up. XCW has demonstrated this by picking up rights to the old WWF King of the Ring logo. The 'Bash At The Beach' event is perhaps the event that will be held on Jumariah Beach, Dubai later this year.

-- There are extremely strong rumours that since XCW has picked up the King of the Ring logo, the TWF might ditch the King of the Ring PPV Name and instead go ahead with the long publicised name for the event "Eve Of Destruction". Many will remember when the TWF first went onto EWR, they called the September PPV this so it did not clash with the WWE event.

-- The Against All Odds poster has been finished and will be uploaded, along with an update to the TWF site tomorrow afternoon.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XVIII

There are no actions to perform.
-- Many people backstage were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the TWF broadcasts this week. The former XWF workers informed the TWF guys that Chicago crowd are always hot, and this week was no exception.

-- There was also another reason. The writers opted not to fly over to America instead staying in Wales, so there was a lot of correspondence between the two sides via E-Mail and Instant Messaging. The TWF writers have also decided to go ahead with more "wrestling-based" angles instead of what they have relied on in the recent past, "storyline-based" angles such as Mr. BIG and Holly last year.

-- Doug Edwards's appearance on Grit BasH came about as he was in Chicago negotiating a business deal for his Steel company, which is the main financier of the TWF. The TWF asked him for a quick favour and he gladly obliged. Of course, Mr. Edwards, Mr. BIG and Atomically Kool Kat are all his grandchildren.

-- Mr. BIG has also personally requested that he have less air-time. After Summer Break, it is rumoured, he is to negotiate a new contract which requires him to work less TV dates and more house shows. He has no real reason for this since he has been single for a while now and is not interested in anything, besides watching his beloved Red Wings & Blue Wings hockey teams.

-- NJS and Lita have returned from their honeymoon, which took place in Florida for a week and they then spent a week in Antigua. They are now back in Wales and they currently are living in Mr. BIG's house until he possibly gets the £300,000 house in Margam.

-- Right now, the writers are unsure where to head as in a Summer Break Main Event. Originally, it was supposed to be the Mr. BIG vs. Marz match from last year, but now the rumours are growing stronger that Mr. BIG will face High Voltage in a singles match. Expect a big build up to the show in any event.

-- NJS & The Shott are expected to be back on TWF Television before/at Summer Break.

-- The Road Agents have begun to notice a clique forming backstage between Karl Davies, Jason Davies and the Blood Brothers. When these men were in BCW together, some superstars, particularly The Protégé, Mitch Paradise and the next big prospect, 'the monster' Hades said that they often forced the booking team to change the outcome of matches 5 minutes before air-time. Road Agents will keep a close eye on this.

-- Karl Davies and Holly's partnership was largely Mr. Edwards' idea, saying that Davies could draw legitimate heel heat with Holly at his side because the fans still despise Holly for what she did to Mr. BIG, both in the ring and backstage.

-- Hades, the monster from BCW could be introduced onto TWF Television after TWF Summer Break.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XIX
There are no actions to perform.
TWF Against All Odds have been postponed until the earliest, Wednesday morning and at the latest, this Sunday. I have exams to revise for ya know...
Anyway, here are some rumours making the rounds...

-- When Blood Brother Josh was fired a few weeks ago from the TWF, it came as a shock to a lot of the locker room. At the pre-Against All Odds meeting, Mr. BIG said that what happened to him could happen to anyone who misbehaves. As he said that, the Blood Brothers Matthew and Luke squirted water at Biggie and many of the locker room were left angry at that. The Blood Brothers are on their final reprimand, besides Blood Brother Todd, who is a real "top bloke" in many people's eyes.

-- Another shock was what happened just prior to the PPV. The Protégé was backstage and he bought along his girlfriend. No one quite knew who it was...until Holly, after Karl Davies's match, had a long discussion and the two kissed. The Protégé is not expected back until mid-July and Holly could be out until post-Summer Break with treatment for the same illness Frekishi had 2 years or so ago.

-- Hades is still expected to join the TWF's main roster after Summer Break. He is a tremendous talent and has been likened to Brock Lesnar. He is, since The Protege's promotion, BCW's #1 Prospect.

-- There are strong rumours that The Defender and Jamie Fry are ready to leave BCW and re-form Porthcawl Championship Wrestling. PCW was a promotion set up in late 2000 and was closed in early 2001 after financial troubles.

-- Mr. BIG is unsure as to who he will feud with in the run up to Summer Break. There are strong rumours he is set to face High Voltage at Summer Break, but many feel that after Cyberslam and Against All Odds, that feud may have run it's course. Biggie feels Frekishi may be a suitable opponent, but, there are rumours gathering pace that Biggie and NJS may team up to face The Rogerz, TWF Tag Team Champions...so NJS can finally win the Full House.

-- Biggie is also in-line for a theme music change. 'Dehumanized' by Disturbed; 'King Nothing' by Metallica and 'Good Times' by Finger Eleven look to replace the anthemic 'Prayer' by Disturbed.

-- NJS may have one TV appearance before making a full-time return. He is enjoying his time off with his wife Lita, who is also on marriage leave. Lita is expected to return sooner than NJS, where she will defend her Women's Championship.

-- When NJS returns, he is expected to be in a program with S.I.N. The Terminator looks like an increasing probability, since he has feuded with The AshTaker and Deadman many times before.

-- AJ Jeffers, who has been quite quiet recently, may return and join S.I.N. along with his buddy Terminator.

-- High Voltage and Marz have shown, despite Marz's "improved behaviour", he can still be a pain in the neck. Prior to Against All Odds, HV and Mr. BIG jammed on their guitars and Marz came in boasting that he could play drums. Biggie said Marz couldn't play Electric Guitar to save his life and he's never heard him drum. Marz's efforts were alright, but Stephen Dimmock came in and blitzed Marz's efforts. He and Biggie jammed with Slayer's 'Raining Blood' and Marz then attacked Mr. BIG's song writing... slamming his songs from a few years ago. Then; Mr. BIG, HV, Ryan Jenkins and Dimmock played 'One Thousand Thoughts' to huge applause backstage. Marz was tremendously pissed off and was said to be moaning for the rest of the night.

-- Frekishi and High Voltage have been getting along better as of late.

-- The Shott, may not return to the TWF, as thought. He has said to be getting more and more happy working on websites and may not return. Basically, he is considering retirement.

-- The TWF's scheduled event in Dubai has apparently been pushed back to mid-2004. An official announcement is expected on xWa Xtreme Intentions II weekend in October.

There are no actions to perform.
Here is the 20th edition of TWF News and Rumours in 2004...
(Against All Odds WILL be up before Grit BasH...the exams are over folks!)

-- A huge brawl took place backstage at a house show at the Grand Pavilion in Porthcawl, Bridgend today. Mr. BIG had yet to arrive and just before the usual pre-show meeting of wrestlers, Blood Brother Matthew stole The Shott's soccer ball where he, High Voltage, Big Martin, Frekishi, Gareth Cole, The Vamp and Jean Claude Van Slam where playing. Blood Brother Matthew had the help of all the BCW under card, 'Stone Kold' Karl Davies, Blood Brother Luke, Blood Brother Josh, who managed to get into the building. High Voltage was getting savagely beaten, when Mr. BIG arrived and beat the crap into BBM and BBJ. Biggie was almost arrested himself, but Police Officers allowed Biggie to explain himself, and his view was echoed by bystanders, and BBM and BBJ were arrested and released on bail. They are expected to appear at Bridgend Magistrates on Saturday morning.

-- Mr. BIG, after this, announced that Blood Brother Matthew has now had his contract terminated as well. Apparently, Head of Directors, the Owner, Douglas Edwards was so irate he appeared before the TWF just before the show began and informed them that if such behaviour continues, they will be fired and given a restraining order to prevent them from appearing at TWF events. Blood Brother Josh has been banned from TWF events for 6 months by South Wales Police.

-- In other news, NJS appeared on Chris Moyle's Breakfast Show this morning. He discussed many topics, including Big Brother, the Reading Festival and his wife, Lita. The interview went down well and NJS introduced 'The Unforgiven' by Metallica before leaving. During the interview, NJS mentioned that he and Lita will indeed try for children, and if so, Lita will probably retire from the TWF to look after the children and become a 'Mom'.

-- There are strong rumours that more roster cuts will happen soon in the TWF. This was particularly strong because the TWF's biggest backstage behaviour problems are going in rank order. #4s and #5 are gone: Josh and Matthew. #3 is Sumo Samurai; #2 is Hawke and #1 is Marz. Marz looks increasingly likely because of his behaviour has gone back to the way it was...dreadful. He was stirring some things up about Mr. BIG and High Voltage, but the two hit him back with some harsh words themselves.

-- Hawke and Falcon are not dating any more. Falcon was seen in the hands of another guy before the house show on Friday in Porthcawl town, with what looked like her boyfriend. Hawke, is single.

-- Speaking of which; Hades is said to be seeing one of Mr. BIG's ex's. Amy, who we mentioned was featured on Mr. BIG's episode of Cribs was seen with the BCW prospect on Thursday evening in Bridgend town.

-- Mr. BIG is reportedly anxious to find a girlfriend, like his buddy NJS has found someone in Lita. High Voltage is also contemplating a similar fate.

-- The TWF's scheduled announcement about the event held in Jumeriah Beach, Dubai will happen on October 9th 2004, part of xWa Xtreme Intentions II weekend. This has lead many to believe the event has been pushed back to July 2005. This would anger many TWF wrestlers as they have begun saying that their schedule is becoming too much. One wrestler was quoted saying the North US tour "was a pointless PR exercise to get us more over in the US".

-- *SPOILER* Whilst the TWF was over in America, apparently, NWA-TNA officials approached TWF officials and there are negotiations of a TWF vs. TNA show in Orlando, Florida to take place around the time of the next TWF Florida PPV, which is rumoured to be in November

There are no actions to perform.
-- Mr. BIG was not present at Friday night's RAW due to the fact he was in hospital seeing a consultant about his out-of-line jaw, a problem he has had since birth. Only recently was the problem discovered and Biggie hopes to have treatment for the injury soon.

-- High Voltage angered many backstage at xWa Xtreme Overdose II with some of his comments toward TWF staff. Perhaps the one that infuriated most people was when he interrupted Mr. BIG when he was speaking to NJS, The Bandit, JT Money and Silver about an e-mail he received from his former manager, Holly. HV interrupted and said "Oh...who cares about Biggie...LOOK AT ME AND SARAH!". NJS was said to be extremely angry and now many feel that High Voltage has had an ego inflation since becoming TWF World Champion.

-- Hades has been working harder than ever down at BCW before he is to be promoted to the main roster after Summer Break. There are rumours that the TWF is going to sign independent contractor Persephone to be his manager once he is promoted the roster, as Hades is not strong on the microphone.

-- Mr. BIG and High Voltage's match was among the greatest ever in many wrestler's opinion backstage. Every xWa Superstar and Road Agent watched backstage on Biggie's 72" Plasma TV, which he purposely brought to the event so people could watch the match. They received a standing ovation at the end of the match.

-- Mr. BIG, NJS and Mr. Edwards all addressed the TWF roster prior to TWF RAW on Friday night. Biggie informed them that the next 3 weeks are critical to the TWF if they are to succeed, with 3 big events within 3 weeks (Against All Odds, Xtreme Overdose and Scars and Stripes). NJS said that he feels the TWF will only get stronger and stronger going into Summer Break.

-- Mr. Edwards shocked the roster by saying that after Summer Break, the TWF will have it's biggest shake-up ever. There will be a lot of changes...including sets, music, and more importantly, talent line-up. Upper Management will also go under a reshuffle. After the meeting, rumours began spreading that this is because Mr. BIG will become Managing Director and Head of the Board with Doug Edwards' retirement. Biggie has said that he does not expect this to happen. The main movement will be in the lower regions and perhaps two or three changes in the upper card.

-- The TWF Web will also go under a re-design, as will the TWF Discussion Forums. Biggie also said that the TWF will stick with YaBB and the current forums unless there is a major drama.

There are no actions to perform.
-- TWF has a lot of exciting plans leading into Summer Break. Firstly is the end to the RWA vs. S&D angle at Total Chaos. It will not be like the Winner Take All match a few years ago at WWF Survivor Series, it is more of a 'WAR to settle the score' match.

-- Some interesting storylines are planned surrounding Mr. BIG and his TWF World Championship reign. This is because Mr. BIG wants to face the Rogerz at Summer Break in a Tag Team match with NJS. No one is quite sure how Mr. BIG is going to give up the gold as he does not want to pull double duty at Summer Break.

-- TWF Writers have also come up with a program that sees Team EV turn heel and facing a face Deadman. This is in preparation for a huge program that kicks off in September when the batch of graduates from BCW are promoted.

-- When the BCW graduates, such as Hades, J-Fox and company are promoted, expect some stars to leave. Rhys Evans is top of the list.

-- With Hillbilly Willy-Billy suspended from XCW with drug problems, the TWF is considering implementing a drugs testing scheme, but it is feared that Atomically Kool Kat, Ryan Jenkins, Rhys Hopkins and High Voltage will object as they have smoked in the past and this may interfere in their samples.

-- TWF is said to be increasing it's attention in the next couple of months toward Summer Break...be sure to stay tuned.

(OCC: TWF is now #1 Priority. Bass is #2 because I kick so much ass, my teacher says it's only technical stuff to polish up on!)

There are no actions to perform.
-- Prior to this evening's Grit BasH, the usual pre-show meet between the wrestlers and staff took place. Mr. BIG and NJS spoke to a very small roster as Seek And Destroy were actually given the night off. Mr. Edwards was actually absent because he was busy moving into his new flat in Pencoed with his girlfriend.

-- Mr. BIG informed the roster that they are now officially on the road to Summer Break. He also told them that TWF Towers received a notice from the WWE possibly asking for them to stop using the name RAW and possibly go after the TWF for copyright infringement. The TWF is unsure whether or not to keep using RAW or to ditch it. If they do decided not to use the name, it won't be until after Summer Break in-line with the 'new' TWF which begins after Summer Break.

-- Also making waves backstage on Wednesday at the live show...
* Around the buffet tables, Hawke and Protege's dances at a charity show in benefit for a local rugby team was being talked about a lot, including at the table where Mr. BIG, NJS, Bandit, JT Money, Lita and Silver were sitting.
* The Protégé is still apparently dating Holly, the TWF manager who is absent from TV at the moment setting up a career in TV in Orlando, FL.
* Mr. BIG has been in negotiations with Bandit and JT Money to possibly bring back the XWF once more. This time it would work as a three-way concept and many who know about the idea feel it could work.
* High Voltage was a topic of discussion at Biggie's table. Biggie commended his performance at Xtreme Overdose, but Biggie feels that he could have done more to prevent the RWF failing. NJS seemed to agree, adding that HV has developed an ego as of late since he has been dating Sarah, who worked an RWF house show not so long ago, which HV held in secret without most RWF guys knowing about.
* Hillbilly Willy-Billy's drug test has failed to move most of the locker room, who feel that if drug testing was introduced in the TWF on a regular basis, many would oblige and provide samples. It is said that smokers on the TWF roster, or people who have recently given up (who include: Atomically Kool Kat, Ryan Jenkins, Rhys Hopkins, Stephen Dimmock and High Voltage) are a little worried because their habit might lead to them being picked frequently on tests. The TWF insists they will comply to IOC rules and regulations and will be completely random.

-- In other news...
* Marz is said to be a little happier with his current position and feud with AJ Jeffers. He is also pleased to be playing face for the first time in quite a well. He has got along quite well with the TWF writing staff backstage, but still however appears to cause trouble between wrestlers, least of which High Voltage, who rants on Marz at every and any opportunity. It is for this reason HV has become resented a lot in the TWF locker room at the moment.
* The TWF is working on upgrades to the TWF Web and Discussion Forums which will take place after Summer Break.
* NJS, AJ Jeffers and The Terminator was spotted with friends at the Red Hot Chilli Peppers gig at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium recently. All 3 friends had a great time, said bystanders, and they were very into an awesome Chilli's performance.
* The Bandit and JT Money were also spotted at Trapt's gig in Milwaukee, WI recently as well. Both are HUGE Trapt fans along with Mr. BIG, but Biggie could not get flown out to see the gig. Bandit and JT also managed to get pictures with the band, best known in TWF circles for providing Easter HeAT '03 and Total Chaos 2003's theme songs.
* The BCW contingent were backstage at Grit BasH and will also be backstage at Total Chaos as part of their introduction to the TWF. This will be of particular interest to Hades and J-Fox, who are the #1 and #2 prospects expected to be promoted to the TWF roster following Summer Break.
* NJS and Lita were seen shopping around London prior to their return to the TWF. Lita was seen clutching some expensive looking bags and was looking as gorgeous as ever. NJS was said to have a HMV and Virgin Megastore bag in one hand and a GAME bag in the other.
* It has been confirmed by TWF officials that Rhys Evans will be leaving the federation after Summer Break. The TWF wish Rhys the best in his future endeavours, what ever they may be.

There are no actions to perform.
-- In the pre-RAW talent meeting, which featured Seek And Destroy, they were informed of Wednesday's developments, but the wrestlers were also told on RAW to provide a better wrestling. Mr. BIG said "last year's [Summer Break] was more entertainment based with the bands and all and the huge 'concert' venue. This year's will be more focused on the wrestling. We are pulling no strings this year, wrestling is what we want to do, not entertain". All of the locker room smiled when he said that.

-- High Voltage's erratic behaviour drove the entire locker room today during the pre-show meet. He dared Frekishi to say Mr. BIG's first name on his birth certificate during a presentation Frekishi made on the Dubai event to be held next year. High Voltage giggled like a little girl all the way through...but Frekishi refused to say it and when he stopped the presentation, HV got up and shouted "Thanks to Gerwyn for his great work". The entire locker room fell silent and Biggie immediately went up to High Voltage and punched him. HV hit back with a right hand, but Biggie popped HV in the chin and HV was down. The locker room was delighted, and there is an extremely strong rumour that following Total Chaos, High Voltage will be fired.

-- Also making waves on Friday...
* Hawke will be absent from TWF Television for the next 2 weeks because he has signed up to appear in the Bridgend Youth Theatre's next production 'Damn Yankees' with former TWF valet Sian. The show runs for 4 nights at various venues in the county.
* NJS has spoken out about High Voltage's behaviour in recent weeks by saying: "We all have something personal against Marz, but he takes it too far. He says he loves annoying people but hates it when we annoy him. He seriously needs a lesson in manners and in being a real man". Mr. BIG, Frekishi echoed NJS's views, but then, a real shock occurred to Biggie when he asked for the locker room's opinions of HV. Most of them agreed with NJS.
* AJ Jeffers and Marz's fued has gone along better than expected and AJ Jeffers has surprised many people, going back to his old TWF 2000 ways in matches. This makes many fans feel refreshed as most did not watch the TWF in it's infancy.
* A poll taken at Wednesday's Grit BasH asked fans whether the TWF is better now than it was a year ago. An outstanding 81% said "Yes", with 14% saying "No" and 5% unsure. This was a confidence boost to many TWF wrestlers who thought they were under achieving this year.
* There are many online pundits and analysts who are abusing XCW for copying the TWF. Managing Director Doug Edwards spoke in a recent press conference for his financier by saying that the TWF was "very proud" that XCW is using the TWF as a base for it's programming. He also used the old cliché "imitation is the best form of flattery".
* Edwards also confirmed that the TWF is working XCW to hold an xWa Sports Day at the Millennium Stadium or Bridgend Dome during the Summer to raise funds for local charities. Events include...a football/rugby match, ice hockey game at the Pines Centre, home of the Sarn Snakes SWHL Team. Also, a baseball 'home run derby' will be held. Each event will have wrestlers participating and will be a great day out for everyone.
* Mr. BIG is on the look out for 2 guitarists and a drummer to take part in a band to perform at a few gigs in the Bridgend area. Biggie, as you know, plays Bass and has made tremendous progress in the last 7 months through lots of lessons and dedication.

There are no actions to perform.
-- At Wednesday's pre-show gathering of wrestlers and staff, Mr. BIG stood there for 15-20 minutes explaining the current situation of the TWF. Firstly, he informed the locker room that Friday Fury came about because of the possible shutdown by the WWE for using RAW. Biggie also explains that Fury will be unlike RAW in that it will be tip-top every week. Biggie also explained that he has not had a particularly good couple of days. He informed everyone that on Saturday night, he found his girlfriend in the arms of another man and when he got home, her stuff had all gone. At which point, High Voltage laughed and leapt out of his seat and said "And Gerwyn, that's what you deserve for having a first name you can't pronounce during sex!". Suddenly, HV charged up to Biggie and pulled his arms behind his back. But, HV had his legs wide open and Biggie mule kicked him and then hit him with a BIG Storm. The road agents broke it up and the meeting ended there.
-- Many people in the locker room's view of the incident is that had HV not been involved in the WarGames match on Sunday, he would have been fired already. Many wrestlers are personally looking forward to HV's termination, as there are circles saying Mr. BIG will make it very public and very personal toward HV.

-- Also making waves on Friday...
* Biggie was not his usual self all this week. Even NJS and Lita were mystified as to why. It is said to be because of his current status and a lot of personal problems. That was why Mr. BIG did not work at 110% on Grit BasH.

There are no actions to perform.
-- On Friday night, following the first Fury, there was a huge party in Bridgend town centre in which most TWF stars attended. What shocked most, however, was that Mr. BIG had managed to bring Margo Harshman, best known for her role in Disney's 'Even Stevens' to Wales to be his date. They supposedly had a great time, and whilst Biggie was not drinking, he drove her home in, get this, Doug Edwards's 1972 Rover 3.5 Coupe, which is never used. Could Mr. BIG have finally found the girl he has been after?

-- In the usual pre-show meeting, Mr. BIG dropped a pretty big bombshell by announcing that the TWF is moving Summer Break forward a week to August 18th, so the TWF has a longer break and more time to develop it's e-business aspects such as the Website and Discussion Forums.

-- Also making waves on Friday's first Fury...
* Mick Foley's presence was a huge talking point. Some people backstage said Foley appeared as a favour to the TWF and to prove some points after some harsh things were said about him in Ric Flair's Autobiography.
* Mr. Smooth is becoming only happier and happier with his increasing role on TWF TV. The compare of 'Sit Down With A Superstar' helped RAW, in it's final weeks, getting back viewers lost when the TWF's programming was moved around a lot.
* Hawke made his return from appearing in 'Damn Yankees' and even Mr. BIG said that Hawke did a very convincing performance. Biggie and Hawke, as you may know, have been on frosty ground for many years.
* Mr. BIG's new haircut (inlcuding the blonde highlights) was talked about, particularly by High Voltage, who said that Biggie looked like a "jock, something he's always wanted to be".
* Biggie has told NJS that he will do something about High Voltage after Total Chaos.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XXVI

There are no actions to perform.
-- Total Chaos, despite only having 6 matches, 7 if you include Marz/AJ Jeffers, was a very well received PPV, that has nicely set up a program of events going into Summer Break, which will begin with Friday's Fury.

-- After Total Chaos, many rumours circulated that the Marz/AJ Jeffers lay-down was a shoot, and went completely unplanned. The TWF has fooled everyone once more. Mr. BIG organized that angle. It was a worked shoot. Mr. BIG told Marz and AJ to go out and do something that will see Marz win the match and Marz and AJ reveal an alliance. It worked very well.

-- Many people backstage are also very pleased with the way the Jocks have been brought onto TWF Television. The Jocks was a faction in BCW that once contained Karl Davies, Jason Davies, Hades, The Protégé and Holly. Of course, Hades is due soon and The Protégé has already made a name for himself.

-- Mr. BIG has worked very closely with Brownie and Blonde Man in developing their characters for a long run as heels. Biggie suggested that Brownie watch tapes of ESPN/fX289's 'Playmakers' series and study Omar Gooding's character 'DH' Harris. Brownie has said it his certainly aided his character. Blonde Man has been asked to develop a cocky persona.

-- Blonde Man has also been working on his physique by training with Hades, who is by far, the best trained athlete in the TWF/BCW system. One wrestler said of Hades..."with his strength, he should be called Hercules or Zeus...not Hades!".

-- It is uncertain at this time whether Hades will arrive with a darkside gimmick like Christopher Daniel's 'Fallen Angel' identity, or with a Brock Lesnar-style background of previous fighting experience.

-- Also making news this week...
* After Fury on July 23rd, a big disco is being held to raise money for the Brynteg team to tour the Pacific next year. The invitees, that we know of, are Mr. BIG, Jason Davies, Karl Davies, Adam Taylor, Stephen Dimmock, Ryan Jenkins, Hades, and Blood Brother Todd. NJS and Frekishi are said to be glad that Mr. BIG is going "to have a good time for a change", whilst High Voltage was extremely angry that Biggie got invited, where as he didn't...and he is a rugby player and Biggie isn't.  This could develop into something interesting and we will keep you posted.
* Atomically Kool Kat was absent from TWF presentation's this week because she went to Benidorm in Spain for a week with her parents and a few friends. Mr. BIG and Mr. Edwards, her brothers, stayed at home to look after matters there.
* The retirement of Doug Edwards rumours have started back up once more after he was seen visiting the Princess of Wales Hospital this week. However, it was only a check-up of a back problem he has had for quite sometime. The Owner of the TWF and the Managing Director has said that he will continue to work until he sees fit.
* Many rumours sites this week said that after Summer Break, the TWF's big surprise would be that it would close down. The TWF then released a statement to these sites informing them that this is not the case and that the TWF would remain open for at least another year.
* 'This Life', by Drowning Pool, has been OFFICIALLY confirmed as this year's Summer Break theme. Drowning Pool are expected to be at Summer Break V, along with Saliva to perform theme songs. There are rumours also circulating that a duet between the two bands could take place at the event as well.
* A wrestling columnist wrote a column this week stating that he has stopped watching XCW "because each and every week, it is getting to be more like that crapfest the TWF. Biggie runs the damn show there and frankly, I've grown sick of it. The TWF should die." Ironically, all of the feedback was negative towards those comments. One user wrote back saying "the TWF and XCW are so closely related you could forgiven for thinking they are twins...and if they weren't a success, the xWn wouldn't be getting record figures and more people tuning in each week? Besides, they are great programs, and better than some wrestling at the moment".
* The TWF is also upgrading it's TotalTron's after Summer Break to HDTV ones. The TWF have also announced that XCW will also be getting some new sound equipment, specially designed by the TWF production team. If a trial is successful in XCW, the TWF will get their own equipment as well.

TWF News and Rumors - Update
There are no actions to perform.
*** This is an update from last night's post about the party ***

-- The party on Friday night was very well attended. Despite that, there were less than expected attendees from the TWF. Mr. BIG, Jason Davies, Blood Brother Todd, Holly and Hades were the only ones who attended the ticket only event. Biggie was said to be in high spirits and did not drink much, although there were many who were pissed to say the least. Also present was Amy, Mr. BIG's ex. They talked for the first time in a while, although expressed regret after that he may have looked miserable. Jason Davies and Holly were pulling some slick moves on the dance floor and managed to get a little tounge action in said some, although no one quite saw that. Hades was also there, however he was not with Biggie's ex. He was also doing some slick moves himself. Overall, a good night was had be all.

-- Earlier on in the day, The Protégé, who was not present at the party despite being invited, saw High Voltage and Sarah. The two have not had kind words for each other since The Protégé was dating Sarah and High Voltage accused Protégé of 'flaunting' their relationship. HV and Sarah gave a smirk as they walked past, but Protégé smiled. He later told Mr. BIG, his close friend that "HV and Sarah are having an interesting relationship". Protégé also added to Biggie in the telephone call that "if [High Voltage] slates you for being close with your sister, he's always with his sister, 24/7. I mean, you and your sister are never together unless it's with family. He's together with his all the damn time". Biggie agreed with this interesting observation.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XXVII
There are no actions to perform.
-- It has been confirmed by TWF officials that Holly has signed some kind of deal with XCW to appear on their shows. Holly was intending on bringing her 'Jocks' stable over to XCW as well, but, XCW management resisted, saying that there are already too many heel groups in XCW. The proposal also attracted resistance in the TWF locker room, with some saying that the Jocks need to be built up a lot more before they can appear on XCW as well.

-- Holly may debut at this weekend's XCW Control PPV.

-- Over the weekend, both promotions met at the conference table in TWF Towers. They decided on the following points:
* High Voltage, who has had an unenthusiastic attitude toward XCW, should be fired, and could be after Control, or at the latest, Sweet Pain.
* Both promotions are going to use their non-joint talent better than they currently do. This is to give stars such as NJS, The Bandit, Mr. BIG, Frekishi, Deadman etc. more time to recover from possible fatigue.
* XCW will continue working through the TWF's Summer hiatus after Summer Break V.
* The TWF has also given it's FULL support to XCW and any plans it has in the near future.

-- The TWF is also debating whether or not to turn NJS heel, if he does so in XCW.

TWF News and Rumors 2004 XXVIII
There are no actions to perform.
-- At the pre-Fury meeting between wrestlers and staff, Mr. BIG and NJS were again asked to address the talent. NJS began by saying that he is once again very proud of the XCW guys who wrestled at Control and have wrestled this week for the TWF. Mr. BIG then stood up and told them some shock news. Mr. Edwards has decided to have less of a role on-screen and will now made in-frequent appearances, but more than that of the TWF Owner, Doug Edwards. Backstage, he will also have less of a presence and the TWF Board of Directors hope to appoint Mr. BIG an Acting Chairman whilst Mr. Edwards settles into his new home. Some people congratulated Biggie, whilst others were visibly pissed off by this.

-- Mr. BIG also informed talent that the next week or so may be a little confusing as they set up angles for Summer Break V, but it will all work out in the end. Mr. BIG has also been quoted as saying that after Summer Break, the emphasis will be on wrestling, not angles.

-- Also making a splash at Friday's Fury...
** Some XCW Road Agents and staff were at the show, as guests of XCW and NJS. NJS was said to be in extremely high spirits and was busy entertaining. Mr. BIG was seen mostly with Bandit, JT Money and their special guest, Ottobomb.
** Marz was also seen with family, as most of the TWF talent's families are on their own Summer Break. All of them have been giving Hospitality/SkyBoxes for Summer Break V, should they want them.
** The Vamp and Gareth Cole were not present as they were supervising a gig in Cole's hometown of Wick.
** It has now been confirmed that Drowning Pool and Saliva WILL be present at Summer Break V. Drowning Pool will perform 'This Life' and 'The Game', whilst Saliva will perform 'Pride' and 'Survival of the Sickest'.
** High Voltage has been continually abusing his position in the TWF. He came in 5 minutes late to the show, which is reasonable considering he is usually on time, and again was saying bad things about the TWF and XCW. HV is really testing the patience of the TWF backstage staff, who have already said that HV is a bigger problem than Marz was in the past and the Red Hoodie Crew were at times last year. Mr. BIG has said that he has devised an idea to get rid of HV.
** WHEN HV leaves the TWF, it is unsure as to what he will do. Some say he will reform the RWF out of revenge, but many TWF stars who used work for the RWF, such as The Assassin, have stated that if HV runs it, he will NOT re-join. Some rumours are already circulating that The Shott was seen discussing the RWF with Mr. BIG, as the xWa bought out rights to the RWF when it became part of the alliance. If The Shott offers a high enough price and meets certain conditions, he may get the promotion and still have xWa backing.
