French Managers get OBEs

Arsene Wenger and Gereard Houiller have been given OBEs for their commitment to English Football.
In my opioon has the Queen gone bonkers the only thing Arsene Wenger has done is signing bloody French players and Gereard Houiller has only brought useless players e.g. El Hadgi Diouf.
If they can get OBEs, well Lennie Lawrence should get an OBE then.
