TWF Wednesday Grit BasH
July 7th 2004
The TJS Centre, Brackla, Bridgend

A video with highlights from an explosive xWa Xtreme Overdose II event kicks off the show, with the major moments from the biggest shock of the night...Mr. BIG's defeat of High Voltage to become TWF World Champion.

'Bullet With Your Name' hits to huge cheers as the pyros explode in the intimate TJS Centre, next door to the TWF Arena. Fireworks fly everywhere and Scott Hudson and Joey Styles are at ringside to call tonight's action. They inform us that tonight we will hear comments from Mr. BIG surrounding his TWF World Championship victory and we will also see The Bandit & JT Money face S.I.N's AshTaker and Terminator in tag-team action. Scott also mentions that there have been whispers surrounding the TWF's future all day and we are supposed to hear confirmation tonight. Incidentally, Mr. Edwards gave Seek And Destroy the night off thinking they would win all their matches at Overdose, but they failed to, so he has informed them to rest and he is also not here tonight.

'Just Think About It'...and we will kick off the show with the new TWF World Champion. A new greatest moments montage flies by...BANG! 'King Nothing' by Metallica hits and the crowd sings along with the lyrics as Biggie walks out onto the stage with the TWF World Championship on his shoulder. He enters the ring and poses on each of the turnbuckles before taking the microphone Rachel Stevens who will be a part of the Sport Relief festivities on Saturday night. Biggie takes the microphone to a huge 'Biggie' chant. Scott says that Mr. BIG went to hell at Overdose to become the champion. Biggie says that he's gotta start by saying "Finally...The BIG Storm has come back...to where it all began!". This is a reference to the TJS Centre being the home of the TWF's first shows whilst the TWF Arena was being built. Biggie is here tonight and he is here standing tall and standing proud...because 2 years after he was last TWF World Champion, he regained HIS crown in a brutal match at Overdose. Biggie says that HV gave the fight of his life and it simply was not enough. But...Biggie says that he has not fulfilled one ambition. See, there's one thing left that he needs to do before he can consider himself a certified legend. That is...win the TWF Tag-Team Championship with someone very special...NJS. So, Biggie has one question to ask NJS. That is, if he wants it, he will gladly help NJS achieve his dream...the dream of being a Full House Winner. Biggie also says that he doesn't feel that he will fulfil the role of TWF World Champion properly, so at Total Chaos, there will be a tournament to determine the #1 Contender for the TWF World Championship, and the winner will face Biggie the following Wednesday for their shot at the championship. But, his dream will live on...because then, once he's done kicking ass in the TWF Tag-Team Division, he has a contractual obligation to a match against the TWF World Champion at any Pay-Per-View he so chooses...and that's cause he's the C.E.O. baby! WHO BETTA? 'King Nothing' hits as Mr. BIG walks back up the ramp and backstage.

Backstage; AJ Jeffers is standing by with Michael King. King asks AJ for his comments on Marz. AJ says that Marz is so small that he could be mistaken for an ant. Marz thinks he has worked this hard to get this far up in the TWF, but AJ Jeffers has been here even longer. Hell, Marz formed his own promotion, tried to kill this one and...failed miserably. AJ says that Marz has made it personal by being AJ's way. AJ wants to once again be TWF World Champion, so...AJ has entered the tournament to crown a number 1 contender. He will see Marz later on, after he's finished kicking a bigger fish...the champion himself, Mr. BIG. Biggie's also turned into a big of an ass lately, ya know, AJ remarks. He used to be someone I respected, but he cares more about the fans than he does about his friends...and that's just wrong. These fans are piles of crap who deserve nothing good in their lives...so tonight, AJ will beat the champion and then embarrass him in front of the people he cares about the most.

[TWF Returns!]

We are back live in a rather wet Bridgend for tonight's edition of TWF Grit BasH, which is brought to you by xTreMe Media. We make banners you'll like, not ones you hate.
'Never Gonna Stop' begins to play and the crowd cheers as Blade, the cocky and exciting young superstar and brother of High Voltage makes his way to the ring.
'Blonde Striker' plays to huge boos from the crowd as Blonde Man walks down to the ring. Footage shows of RAW a few weeks ago where Blonde Man clocked stable mate Steven Jenkins with a shot to the face with his TWF TV Championship belt.
This match barely got under way when Brownie interfered and handed Blade a DQ victory. The two men viciously beat down on Blade until Steven Jenkins ran down to the ring and evened the score for a while. The crowd cheered as he set Brownie up for the Jenkins DDT, but Blonde Man hit him with a steel chair. The TJS Centre lights then went out and a bolt of lightning struck the TotalTron! Suddenly, Deadman was standing in the ring! He attacks Blonde Man to huge cheers as he annihilates him! Deadman beats down on Blonde Man and Brownie and then grabs a microphone. He says that if you put him in this situation 2 weeks ago, he would have taken Brownie and Blonde Man to the darkside, but they are already there. Blonde Man, frankly, I think your ass belongs in a grave so at Total Chaos, I'm challenging you to a match for the TWF TV Championship! The crowd cheers as Deadman poses with Blade and Steven Jenkins on the turnbuckles before walking back up the ramp.

Backstage; NJS is with his wife Lita in their dressing room. They are sitting down on a sofa and NJS says that he is sure glad to be back on the road with his wife and best friend again. Lita reminds NJS that she is still Women's Champion and NJS still only has one goal to accomplish...that is to become TWF Tag-Team Champion. Lita gives NJS a strange look and NJS looks back with a look of confusion. Lita says that it is pretty certain Mr. BIG will be NJS's partner, but Mr. BIG is TWF World Champion...will he give up his dream to help achieve yours? NJS is left with a puzzled face.

Backstage; S.I.N are with Michael King. King looks to be a little uncomfortable as AshTaker, Terminator, Crash and Hardkore surround him. King asks them about Deadman's defection from the darkside. AshTaker takes the microphone and says that Deadman's defection has not surprised him. AshTaker says that the Deadman's soul was possessed but natural forces and he had to join the rest of his herd in the light. But, S.I.N are still in total control of the darkside and will add two more souls for the Lord with a defeat of Bandit and JT Money...and they will rest...in...piece.

"n......W......o"! The crowd explodes! "Ouahahaha!"...BANG! 'Down With The Sickness' hits as The Bandit and JT Money walk out and pose on each side of the aisle before swapping sides and posing once more. Bandit stands in the middle of the ramp way as JT enters the ring and does his usual pose which sets fireworks off behind him. The two men pose once more in the ring before awaiting the arrival of their opponents.
The S.I.N. logo drops in front of the TotalTron and the crowd jeers...BAM! The symbol explodes into flames as The AshTaker and The Terminator appear in the aisle with the TWF Tag-Team Champions Crash & Hardkore Rogerz. These two teams have no love lost between each other and it provided an interesting back-story to the match.
The two old enemies clashed in a huge way, with S.I.N's ringside presence a huge factor in deciding the outcome of the match. It appeared to be all over when JT Money brawled with AshTaker in the aisle but attracted the attention of the Rogerz and a triple team ensued. They were about to throw JT through a table containing production equipment, but NJS suddenly appeared and attacked The Rogerz! The crowd cheered as NJS and JT took it to the Rogerz as the AshTaker was in an unstable movement. In the ring, Bandit hit the Stupifier, but Terminator got straight back up and hit Bandit with the T-Bone Suplex to huge boos and got the 1-2-3.
NJS looks flabbergasted in the aisle. It has finally struck him that this could happen to him and Biggie when they go go for the tag-titles...they could fuck up and not go as the storybook wanted it to go. NJS looks away as he slowly walks backstage.

[TWF Returns!]

Rachel Stevens announces that this is our main event for the evening and is scheduled for one fall.
"OHHHH AJ!"...the males jeer and the girls cheer as AJ Jeffers makes his way down to the ring for his non-title match with his old rival Mr. BIG. These two men fought in the first two TWF World [Heavyweight] Championship matches in history, with AJ winning the first and Biggie winning the second and going on to hold the belt for nearly a year.
'Just-Just-Just Think About It'....the crowd is standing in unison as the greatest HiTz montage flies by...BANG! "Where's Your Crown King Nothing?" 'King Nothing' by Metallica hits and Mr. BIG appears in the aisle way to the biggest cheers of the evening. He walks down and high-fives each fan around ringside as before posing. Joey Styles remarks that this is déjà vu. Scott says probably not for either of these guys as they did not announce the first TWF event, JR and The King had that dubious honour, but they have announced Summer Breaks instead.
You could be forgiven for believing this was TWF 2000 as these two contested a classic old-school match up, with Biggie hitting The BIG Storm for the victory. As he posed with the TWF World Championship, suddenly, Marz slid into the ring as AJ Jeffers was getting up and was ready to hit the Out of this World Stunner on AJ, when Biggie turned around off the turnbuckles and looked at Marz dead in the eye. AJ stood up and looked ready to attack Mr. BIG when he suddenly left the ring! The crowd was standing as Marz began talking trash to Mr. BIG! Biggie was un-phased and turned to leave when Marz placed his hand on Biggie's shoulder! Biggie turned around and hit Marz with a clothesline! Marz got back up to be met with a German Suplex! Biggie taunted the crowd and Marz and threw Marz into the turnbuckles! The crowd EXPLODES! Old skool time, Biggie! BAM! The impact from the Firebreather shakes the ring and then Marz is greeted to The BIG Storm! Old Blood runs just as cold! Biggie then poses as 'King Nothing' hits and he downs Cherry Cokes before standing over Marz and placing a Cherry Coke by his side and Biggie spits in it before leaving and G BasH draws to a close.
