TWF Friday Fury
July 30th 2004
GCourt Green, Brackla, Bridgend

The opening video package showed highlights of Grit BasH's main event, which saw Marz sensationally defeat Mr. BIG to become TWF World Champion in front of 20,000 people at Newbridge Fields. What will the new alliance of Marz, Hawke and AJ Jeffers have to say tonight?

'I Disappear' plays and the capacity crowd of over 25,000 has filled the stands at GCourt Green, behind GCourt Arena for tonight's Fury. The fireworks go off and the pyros explode and the crowd cheers and holds up their signs and banners. Scott Hudson and Joey Styles at ringside inform us that Mr. Smooth's guest on Sit Down With A Superstar tonight will be Jean Claude Van Slam. Expect some comments about his actions on Wednesday. Also tonight, Deadman and The Protégé face the TWF Tag-Team Champions The Rogerz in a match for the belts! What a show, with only under 3 weeks until the big one...Summer Break V!

'Natural Born Killaz' by Dr. Dre and Ice Cube begins to play and the crowd jeers loudly as Marz, AJ Jeffers and Hawke walk down to the ring. They enter the ring and pose to just as big boos before Marz takes the microphone.
Marz says that they have delivered on their promises from Wednesday. Marz GUARANTEED victory against Mr. BIG on Wednesday...and he didn't just beat Biggie...he embarrassed him. Not only they, Marz said they would shock the world...and they did...they unveiled 'The Triad'. These are three men who you will learn to fear in the TWF. Why? AJ Jeffers takes the microphone. AJ says that they are big. Strong. Smart. Quick. They will defeat whoever dears set foot in their path. Hawke then takes the microphone as Marz taunts the crowd with the TWF World Championship. Hawke says there's another thing. They are über-kool. They ooze charisma...koolness, and they are better looking than "that fat-ass BIG, and that ginger-pube NJS". Hawke then claims that The Triad, in their short history, are already better than the Z-Pack...
"ZZZZZ-PACK 4 LIFE!"...the screen turns red and green as Mr. BIG and NJS make their way out to the ring. Biggie has a spring in his step and NJS looks content to hear what Biggie has to say. Mr. BIG grabs the microphone and says that "Finally...The BIG Storm has come back home...to a wreck". Biggie says let he be the first to congratulate our new "fighting" champion, Marz. Yeah, so he beat him on Wednesday...Marz goes like 4-1 in their series of matches, but just you wait you mother-canucker, it will be 5-1 before you know it. The crowd cheers...Biggie is back to his 'Only One' self by the sounds of it. The Triad...the Triad of what, dudes with no dicks. "Come on guys, is this the best you can do? Come out here and flaunt this new alliance? Please, Big Brother has had more exciting moments than this. Hawke, here's a great idea...take the microphone and shove it up your ass, might make your voice deeper...and Marz, read the Miracle-Gro instructions the right way around this time..." The crowd is laughing and cheering and a loud 'Biggie' chant starts up.
Hawke, looking angry takes the microphone. He says he hears that Mr. BIG and NJS are after a Tag-Team Title shot. Well, since they have the TWF World Champion, they have a bit of stick around here...so much so, Hawke got granted his Commissioner spot back, with one difference...any match he makes cannot be vetoed by anyone! So tonight, we will have Mr. BIG & NJS vs. AJ Jeffers, Marz and Hawke in a Handicap Match...if Mr. BIG and NJS lose, they will not get their Tag-Team Title shot at Summer Break. If they win...they do. NJS looks angry, but Biggie pulls him back with a smile on his face. Biggie says that's fine by him and NJS, because they are going to teach the Triad an important lesson...you don't mess with the Z-Pack and get away with it. FEAR OUR FURY...WHO BETTA?!
'My Own Summer' plays as Biggie and NJS walk backstage with smiles on their faces, views echoed by the Triad, who leave with smiles on their faces. Scott Hudson and Joey Styles inform us that Women's Title action is up next!

--- TWF Summer Break Commercial ---
[BG Music: 'Ain't My Bitch' - Metallica]

We are back for the second ever Friday night Fury here on the xWn...and just moments ago, we found out our main event...Mr. BIG & NJS vs. AJ Jeffers, Hawke and Marz in a Handicap Match...and if Biggie and NJS win, they are guaranteed a Tag-Team Championship shot at Summer Break V against The Rogerz!

'In My Eyes' by Rufio plays and the crowd jeers as Atomically Kool Kat makes her way down to the ring with her confidant, Rhys Hopkins ready for this match with Lita for the TWF Women's Championship, which she once held for a record 500+ days.
The lights dim as 'Lovefurypassionenergy' hits with a huge thump. Lita makes her way out onto the stage with a smile on her face as she walks down to the ring. Footage shows of how this match came about 2 weeks ago on the debut of Fury...Lita eyed up both Holly and AKK after their match and challenged both ladies to one-on-one matches. Lita defeated Holly at Total Chaos, and tonight, she will face AKK.
These two ladies contested a great match, considering many believe these two ladies to be the elite women wrestlers in the TWF at the moment...arguably of all time. Of course, AKK's friend Hopkins got involved, distracting Lita for a moment, but it was to no avail. Lita turned around and hit AKK with an excellent Twist of Fate, and instead of going up top for the Lita-sault...she hit an NJS-Sault instead! 1-2-3!
'Lovefurypassionenergy' hit as AKK rolled out of the ring into the arms of her boyfriend. The crowd cheered as Lita posed on the turnbuckles with her title belt. AKK and Hopkins exited up the ramp, constantly looking back at Lita's victory celebrations. A replay showed of Lita's great NJS-Sault at the end of the match. Lita then exited the ring and walked backstage.

Backstage; High Voltage is with Michael King. Michael asks for High Voltage's opinions on Frekishi and his actions of late. HV says that Frekishi and him have never really got along...mainly because his ego is about the size of his ass...huge. And once he's done with Frekishi, he will go back to kicking EVERYONE's ass...because he will and he can. Suddenly, Frekishi creeps up behind him and tells him that he just got back from his old friend Hawke's locker room and there has been a match signed for next Wednesday's Grit BasH...Frekishi vs. High Voltage in a Ladder Match...with a difference. There will be lumberjacks surrounding the ring, and... hanging 20" in the air will be a pink-slip. In essence...a Loser Leaves TWF Ladder match. And it's all been, as Biggie would say "done and dusted"! The crowd cheers as Frekishi says to HV he will see him Wednesday. Frekishi walks off, with HV gritting his teeth and his face full of red, fury and anger. HV walks off in a strop, before we cut to commercials.

[TWF Returns!]

We are back in a rather dull, but dry and blue-skied Brackla and @ GCourt Green for tonight's TWF Friday Fury, which is brought to you by...Dominos Pizza - "Get the door, it's Domino's!" and Saliva's new CD, 'Survival of the Sickest', in stores August 17th...but, Pre-Order before August 10th at TowerRecords.com and get a kick-ass free t-shirt. Of course, Saliva will be at Summer Break V, along with Drowning Pool, to perform new tracks from the CD.

'Out of My Way' blasts over the PA and the crowd leaps out of their seats as Steven Jenkins walks down to the ring. He is accompanied by the always well-dressed Ms. Hayley Holder, his long time manager and valet. They both enter the ring and Steven uncharacteristically picks up the microphone from tonight's ring announcer, Rachel Stevens. Steven comes out and says that if he picks up the stick instead of Hayley...you know it matters. Steven informs the crowd that this is his first chance to say a few things since the historic brake-up of Team EV a few weeks ago. Steven says that when he joined Team EV, it was on tender-hooks, because Brownie left and joined the bPA...during that time, Steven became a Hardkore and Tag-Team Champion...when Brownie re-joined...Team EV was on top of the world...but then, they decided to prove that water was thicker than blood, and ran off to help Holly form the Jocks. It made him sick that people who treated him like brothers could leave him like a bad habit and join something completely unproven.
'Broken' plays and Brownie walks down to the ring with Holly. Holly leads the way and Steven looks a bit pissed off that he was interrupted by the two. Holly appears to have a microphone. They enter the ring and stand in the way of Jenkins. Holly questions what Jenkins just said. Holly tells Jenkins that he is unaware of what happened in BCW with the Jocks. They were the most dominant faction ever created...and now, they have come to unleash their brand of havoc on the Total Wrestling Federation. Holly also says that she could do with another girl in the group...and tells Jenkins that the only way she will co-operate for a match is if Hayley's services are used as a stipulation. The crowd gasps and Hayley looks a bit pissed off as Jenkins seems a little hesitant to co-operate. Holly says she gathers Jenkins is a little moved by this, so she will put her offer on the table...Brownie vs. Steven Jenkins at Summer Break V...with Hayley Holder's Services on the line. Jenkins drops the microphone and appears to think for a moment, before leaping on Brownie and hitting a Jenkins DDT! The crowd pops as Holly quickly leaves the ring and rolls Brownie out. Jenkins takes the microphone once more and says "You said I was a little moved...my answer - Yes!". 'Out of My Way' hits and as Holly and Brownie re-treat back up the ramp, Jenkins is calling on them to return to the ring.

-- Hades Promo --
A video promo aired, showing a deserted place, with flashing images of the underworld. A caption stated: 'Hades...Coming Soon'.

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles discussed the promos for Hades...questioning who this mysterious man maybe. The duo also ponder when 'coming soon' maybe.

Scott and Joey are interrupted though, when '2-Tough' hits and the crowd jeers. The TWF World Tag-Team Champions, The Rogerz are making their way to the ring. Crash also looks to have a microphone. They get in the ring and do their usual poses before Crash informs the crowd that they would be glad to kick Biggie and NJS's asses at the biggest event of the year...provided they don't get embarrassed again tonight.
The opening 25 seconds of 'Around the World' by the Red Hot Chilli Peppers plays...before quickly fading to black as 'Rollin' hits to huge cheers from the crowd. The Protégé makes his way down to the ring and poses on the apron, before Deadman makes his way onto the stage, this time driving a 2004 Harley Davidson. He drives the motorcycle around the ring before posing in the ring with his partner.
This was an interesting match-up because of the chemistry of both teams. One was tremendously experienced, 2-time Tag-Team Champions...where as the other was teaming up for the first time. Protégé and Deadman refused to let it show however. Backstage, the Jocks (Karl Davies, Jason Davies, Blonde Man, Brownie holding his head and Holly) all watched on intently at what was going on. Eventually, Crash hit the Meltdown on the Protégé and scored a 1-2-3 count after a courageous effort from the débuting team.
As soon as the bell rang, The Jocks invaded the ring, attacking Deadman and The Protégé. The Rogerz had already left the ring and would not have helped their opponents in any event. Steven Jenkins ran back down to the ring, but the score was still uneven at 4-on-3. Eventually, they were beaten when Big Sexy Badass and Silver interfered, attacking Karl & Jason Davies! The ring was clear of the Jocks and they put their tail between their legs and made for backstage. The in-ring contingent shook hands and posed before leaving. Typical of the Triple Threat to make an impact...

Backstage; Mr. BIG, NJS, xWa Champion JT Money, TWF IC Champion The Bandit and TWF Women's Champion Lita are in the Z-Pack/Sadist Nation Locker Room, along with Ottobomb, who is the Sadist Nation's guest this evening. NJS asked Biggie why he accepted the match offered to them at the top of the show. Biggie says that despite the fact the Z-Pack have not teamed up in a while, he has every faith that tonight, their destiny will be fore filled. Bandit, JT and Ottobomb were discussing their actions in HDW, with Ottobomb looking thrilled to be in HDW, as well as in the TWF for the evening.

The Sit Down With A Superstar set was in the ring, ready for tonight's edition of Sit Down With A Superstar. Smoothy says that on tonight's show, we have a man who has made a huge impact in the TWF, and made his glorious return this week, attacking his former tag-team partner...no, it's not Marz...please welcome...JCVS!
The crowd cheers as JC walks down to the ring with a smile on his face. He enters the ring and shakes Smoothy's hand before sitting down in front of the SmoothVision. Smoothy welcomes him to the show and back to the TWF. Smoothy asks JC how his rehab is going/went. JC said he had a little knock at Against All Odds, but then sprained his ankle in a charity event, but he is now back to 100%. Smoothy asks about his involvement with The Vamp. JC replies by reminding Smoothy that as a tag-team, they were among the very best around. Holding the TWF Tag-Team Championships twice, holding them for 224 between the two reigns. And then, The Vamp decided to let-go of this great partnership and turn on him. It defied belief, and despite a number of matches, JCVS and The Vamp have yet to decide who is the better man.
Suddenly, The Bandit appears on the SmoothVision. He apologises to Smoothy for interrupting, and then asks JCVS about his interference in Bandit's match on Wednesday. JCVS said he wanted to make an Impact. Bandit says he could have done that AFTER the match, not during it. But, since the two want to decide who the better man is...he has an idea. At Summer Break, it will be Deadman vs. Jean Claude Van Slam vs. The Vamp vs. The Bandit in a Fatal Four Way Match for the Intercontinental Championship...inside a Steel Cage! The crowd cheers and the transmission fizzles out...and as that happens, The Vamp enters the ring from behind and clocks JC with a huge trash can shot to the head. He then chokeslams JCVS onto the trash can in question! Smoothy exits the ring, admiring the damage. Vamp poses before setting the turnbuckles alight and leaves through the crowd.

--- TWF Summer Break Commercial ---
[BG Music: 'Ain't My Bitch' - Metallica]

We are back for the second ever Fury, and we are shown a replay of what happened on Sit Down With A Superstar...Vamp's interference and turnbuckles set alight. Joey says that this could only happen when the next PPV is Summer Break. Scott agrees.

'Never Gonna Stop' hits and the crowd gives a good reaction as Blade, the TWF Hardkore Champion, makes his way down to the ring for this next match...a title defence against Karl Davies.
Speaking of Davies...his music hits and he marches down to the ring, without Holly, who was elected to stay in the back for this match. Davies hits the ring with a lot of force and he looks more than ready for this match.
These two contested yet another good hardkore match. This proved that the once dominant division is still alive, despite the good old days of 24/7 are now gone. But still, the two men contested a good match. Blade hit Davies with a good clean shot to the head with a trash can, and followed it up by hitting an Diving Elbow Drop for the pin and victory.
'Never Gonna Stop' hits once more and the crowd cheers as Davies's tag partner Jason Davies runs down to the ring. Blade exits and walks backstage with ease. The Davies boys are left to pick up the pieces.

We are back in dry Brackla and @ GCourt Green for tonight's TWF Friday Fury, which is brought to you by...Dominos Pizza - "Get the door, it's Domino's!" and Saliva's new CD, 'Survival of the Sickest', in stores August 17th...but, Pre-Order before August 10th at TowerRecords.com and get a kick-ass free t-shirt. Saliva will be at Summer Break V, along with Drowning Pool, to perform new tracks from the CD...so be sure to catch Summer Break on PPV or if you are lucky enough...live!

'Natural Born Killaz' hits and the crowd stands up and boos in sync, as The Triad walk down to the ring for this next match, our main event for the evening. Footage is shown of earlier tonight, where the Triad offered this match to Mr. BIG who accepted it on behalf of NJS.
The arena darkens and there is an awkward silence...'Just-Just-Just Think About It'! The crowd stays standing, as the montage of greatest hiTz flashes through...BANG! "Where's Your Crown, King Nothing?"...'King Nothing' by Metallica begins to play as Mr. BIG slowly makes his way down to the ring. He high-fives each of the fans in the aisle and around ringside before returning to the middle of the entrance way.
The y2j-ohmeter counts down to 00...BAM! The pyros fly off and then NJS appears on the stage with his manager, valet and wife, TWF Women's Champion, Lita. They walk down to the ring, hand-in-hand before meeting up with Biggie on the entrance way. The Triad scatter as Mr. BIG and NJS enter the ring and pose on the turnbuckles. Backstage, we see The Rogerz are watching this match with intent from where Michael King was conducting his interviews earlier on.
This match was worthy of being the main event. Brutal, but exciting to watch and it kept the crowd on the edge of their seats. The Rogerz were very interested in what was going on, and looked on backstage. However, the match was interrupted by High Voltage, who came in and attacked Mr. BIG, giving them a DQ victory, only for Hawke to sanction the match as a No-DQ Match, and suddenly, it was 4-on-2! The crowd jeered as a massive beat-down ensued, and Hawke looked to make the cover, when Mr. BIG leaped up and delivered The Equaliser to Hawke! Biggie then chokeslamed HV with brutal force and stomped him out of the ring. He turned around to be met by an AJ Jeffers superkick, but JT Money and Frekishi hit the ring! They cleared the ring of HV and Marz, leaving Hawke and Jeffers...NJS tagged in and hit the N-Factor...but then Biggie tagged himself in and nailed Hawke with a Tombstone Piledriver. NJS leaped onto the top rope and the crowd exploded! WHAZZZ UP To Hawke! Jeffers went for another superkick onto NJS, but it was countered into an NJ-Stunner! Biggie hit The BIG Elbow to get the 1-2-3!
As 'My Own Summer' hit, The Rogerz appeared on stage and taunted the challengers with the belts as the show came to an end.
