TWF Wednesday Grit BasH
September 29th 2004
Sarn Community Centre, Sarn, Bridgend

---- Ray Traylor, 1962 - 2004. R.I.P. ----

The show begins with a poignant tribute to Ray "Big Bossman" Traylor, who died suddenly over the weekend. The TWF dedicates tonight's show to a big man with a big heart.

A highlight reel from the Eve of Destruction PPV then plays, with 'Die Dead Enough' playing in the background. Most of the footage is from the latter 3 matches on the show. Tonight, the fallout takes place as the TWF heads on the road to Xtreme Intentions II, which is under 3 weeks away!

'Heavy' hits and the capacity crowd inside the Sarn Community Centre cheers as the show kicks off with the usual fireworks and pyros. Many of the crowd hold up signs, one stand out sign states "Triad = Three Radical Idiots Attempting Domination". Scott Hudson and Joey Styles at ringside inform us that this weekend, in fact today has not been a good day for the TWF. We all know of Ray Traylor's death, but we must also report that former TWF diva Lisa is in hospital with injuries attained in a car crash, whilst a close friend of many TWF superstar's has passed as well. But, as the cliché goes, the show much go on, and tonight, we already know that Blonde Man will face Hades, who débuted at Eve of Destruction.

The lights go out, when the words "Fear Our Fury" appear on screen. BAM! 'My Own Summer (Shove It)' hits and the crowd explodes! Mr. BIG and NJS make their way down to the ring, with their TWF Tag-Team Championships on their shoulders. Biggie does his usual intro, slapping the hands of the fans around ringside, whilst NJS continues posing on the turnbuckles. Mr. BIG takes the microphone, and whilst he is wearing normal attire, he is wearing a Big Bossman T-Shirt, in remembrance of Ray Traylor. Biggie informs the crowd that "Finally...The BIG Storm, has come back to Sarn!". The crowd pops and NJS nods in the ring. Biggie says that at Eve of Destruction, the opening video package said that they had a lot to prove. And when the chips were down, the Z-Pack showed why they still are TWF World Tag-Team Champions. The crowd cheers as Biggie continues. He says that the Rogerz came in with a game plan. But, just like Wayne Rooney did against Fenerbahçe, the Z-Pack put on a show. They had a lot to prove, and they proved everything...and then some! NJS takes the microphone. NJS says that Biggie was very right, but he forgot to mention how sweet it was to finally get the Rogerz off their back. NJS has apparently been told that the Rogerz are so embarrassed by what happened that they will not be in the TWF for some time. Just like the last time they lost the titles, they have to run and hide in embarrassment.
The arena lights suddenly go out, and the S.I.N logo appears on screen to HUGE boos....BAM! The symbol explodes into flames, as S.I.N. members The Terminator & The AshTaker, the xWa Tag-Team Champions, make their way out onto the Grit BasH stage, with Terminator holding a microphone. Terminator says that he and The AshTaker were listening to what these two souls had to say, and they think they are talking to walls. The Z-Pack had a lot to prove, and yet the failed to prove one point on Sunday...that they were the best Tag-Team in the xWa. Terminator motions for the footage of XCW Take No Prisoners II, which took place on Sunday, and of the Z-Pack vs. S.I.N. match, which Biggie & NJS lost. Terminator and AshTaker laugh and smile as Biggie and NJS have blank looks on their faces. Terminator says that he and AshTaker have one proposition for the Z-Pack. At Halloween Hell, they want to become the first team in history to be both xWa and TWF Tag-Team Champions. So they have asked Hawke for a match at Halloween Hell against the Z-Pack, and he has accepted. Scott Hudson cannot believe it, whilst Joey Styles seems very happy with this decision. Mr. BIG says..."Well, is that so? The same Hawke who was photographed in this week's Gazette dancing? Yes, a right honourable MAN, so you put it. Now, I know about this whole Veto rule, but of course, Hawke is a bit of an idiot...see, he only signs straight up matches by the looks of things, which leaves me in my position as CEO to add any stipulation I so choose to this match of ours". The crowd cheers and Scott Hudson senses a dramatic announcement. Biggie continues; "So, I propose at Halloween Hell, we have a nice little, creepy stipulation to this match. Now, I really can't think of anything stand out. I mean, we've already had a Tables, Ladders, Cell match this year...we've had a Pyramid Cage Match...we've had Buried Alive, Total Funeral, Gas Chamber, Chamber of Horrors, King of Xtreme...you have left me with no choice. At Halloween Hell, it will be S.I.N. vs. Biggie and NJS in a RAGE IN THE DOUBLE CAGE match!". The crowd has gone...INSANE! The TWF has only ever had one other Rage in the Double Cage match, and that was at Dangerously Serious 2000, and featured NJS and Deadman in the most brutal, barbaric and bloodied battles in wrestling's history! S.I.N. look amazed at this decision as 'King Nothing' hits and they walk backstage. In the ring, Mr. BIG and NJS look very pleased and start posing before walking backstage to huge cheers.

Backstage; Hawke, AJ Jeffers and Marz are with Falcon in Hawke's office. Hawke watches what is occurring in the ring and turns to his Triad mates and says that in tonight's main event, Mr. BIG will face the Terminator. The crowd cheers as this idea. Suddenly, Hawke's cell/mobile phone goes off. Hawke listens intently to what the other person has to say. Hawke hangs up and stands up out of his seat with a sense of urgency. Hawke informs everyone that was Head of TWF Security David Owen, and he has been informed that High Voltage has been spotted around the premises of the arena. The crowd boos VICIOUSLY upon hearing this, and it appears that Marz, AJ Jeffers and Hawke have the backing of the crowd for a change. Hawke leads the troops out of his office, before the camera pans to a picture of High Voltage on a dartboard. The crowd laughs, and a dart is then placed into HV's forehead...by The Assassin!

'Out of My Way' hits and the crowd cheers as Steven Jenkins makes his way down to the ring with his manager Hayley Holder. We are shown footage recorded earlier of Steven and Hayley, who are happy to be reunited after what happened recently regarding Hayley and the Jocks. Steven has a spring in his step and looks very aggressive tonight.
'The Four Horsemen' plays, and Karl Davies makes his way down to the ring with Holly. Holly prompts Davies to do the Jock pose, and Holly looks particularly fetching in a suit tonight. Davies took part in a memorable 8-man Tag match at Eve of Destruction against a team that involved Jenkins.
These two contested a great slugfest to open the show. The aggression that had been building up since they met at Eve of Destruction had been building and both men showed no boundaries to their skill tonight. Davies appeared to have the match won when he hit an excellent spinebuster on Jenkins, but Hayley Holder managed to get her client's foot on the rope without referee Keith Jones knowing. Jenkins used this to take control of the match and it came as no surprise when he hit the Jenkins DDT that he scored a victory.
'Out of My Way' hit and the crowd cheered once more as Hayley posed with Jenkins in the ring. Holly then made her way into the ring to stand over her fallen henchman, when she stepped up to Hayley and slapped her! Jenkins held Hayley back from a fight, but she broke away and the two ladies had a cat fight that ended when Holly was disposed of. Davies grabbed a hold of Holly and rushed her backstage, whilst Hayley and Steven were left to pick up the pieces of what happened.

[TWF Returns!]

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles welcome us back to a dark and overcast Sarn, Bridgend, just north of the Bridgend Dome, the venue for Summer Break 2003. Grit BasH tonight is brought to you by O'Neill, the first name in the water and Reel Films, Broadlands, your #1 Video Rental outlet! Scott reminds us that still to come is Hades's TV Début, and Mr. BIG faces the Terminator in tonight's main event.

Backstage; Hawke, Marz, AJ Jeffers and Falcon appear to be heading out to the parking lot of the Sarn Community Centre, and have met up with head of security David Owen. He informs the Triad that High Voltage was spotted an hour ago on the premises in a Chevrolet TrailBlazer and has been seen in the vicinity. Owen says that he has got a lot of his security staff manning the entrances to cars, and he also tells them that should HV arrive, he will be disposed of immediately. Suddenly, out walks The Assassin. The Triad leaps back, but Assassin informs them that he is waiting for HV to arrive, because he wants to show him that The Assassin was no fluke understudy. The Assassin then walks over to his famous customised Mazda MX-5, now bearing the license plate "A55A55IN" and sits in the driver's seat, with a baseball bat in the passenger's seat, with the Triad watching on.

Backstage; Deadman and Ms. Sweet are seen hugging and kissing on Deadman's motorbike, and Deadman is ready to face his opponent tonight...when a member of the TWF Security team brings in a member of the South Wales Police. Deadman says that this had better not be anything to do with what happened at Take No Prisoners on Sunday. Deadman is informed that it is, and the Police would like him to go to Sarn Police Station for questioning. Deadman demands to know why and the officer informs him that they require a description of the man who sold him his motorcycle and details of his premises, and most importantly, how he got the bike. Deadman and Ms. S oblige, and walk off, leaving their bike. The officer nods back, and in the shadows we see Little Rocker and Karl Davies, with Holly smiling and giggling. They approach the bike, but suddenly find themselves surrounded by the rest of the "Allied Powers", Protege, Steven Jenkins, J-Fox and Blade. The Jocks and Rocker back off, whilst the "Allied Powers" move the motorcycle out of harms way.

We cut back to the arena. "CUT MY LIFE INTO PIECES"..."THIS IS MY LAST RESORT!". The crowd cheers loudly as Silver makes his way down to the ring with Summer. We are told that Big Sexy Badass was injured at Summer Break V and a return date has not yet been set from his injury, which is a thigh strain.
'5 Minutes Alone' by Pantera blasts over the PA and the crowd gives a mixed reaction to Ryan Jenkins. Highlights are shown of his effort at Eve of Destruction, where he was runner up for a second year in the King of the Ring match. Comments are shown, made by Jenkins, saying that Shott's win was a fluke and he will get a re-match on Fury!
This match was quite an odd-ball. Silver's unique style seemed to fit nicely with Jenkins, until the middle part of the match, where Jenkins appeared to get technical, showing a new side of his repertoire. Summer appeared not to get as involved in this bout as in Silver's previous contests. Jenkins hit a convincing looking Superkick and went for a Split-Legged Moonsault. Silver judged Jenkins correctly and moved out of the way with Jenkins landing on his feet but looking dazed and confused. Silver hit Jenkins with the Last Resort and got the 1-2-3.
'Last Resort' hit to a rapturous applause from the crowd and Jenkins rolled out of the ring holding his head in his hands, annoyed with himself that he had the match won until his missed moonsault. Replays show how quickly Silver reacted to the moonsault attempt and of the Last Resort. Silver and Summer celebrate in the ring to huge cheers from the crowd.

Backstage; The Triad and The Assassin are still in the parking lot awaiting to see if High Voltage does make a return to the Sarn Community Centre premises.

Backstage; S.I.N. are in an isolated corner of the community centre, when Mr. Smooth approaches AshTaker, asking for comments surrounding the match made for Halloween Hell. Terminator instead takes the microphone and informs the self-proclaimed Only One that tonight marks the beginning of the end for the Z-Pack. S.I.N. will make them want to forgive their fathers for all of their sins, because they will take those Sins to the dark side and ensure that a fair judgement is passed on their careers...when they end at Halloween Hell. As for tonight, for Mr. BIG...it's Game Over.

'The Four Horsemen' has hit and Blonde Man is already in the ring, with Holly again at ringside, ready for his match tonight.
'Down in the Catabombs' hits....BANG! Owen Carl walks out onto the stage and stands in the middle of it, before stepping out of the way, for the monster Hades, who made his début explosively at Eve of Destruction in the King of the Ring. Hades is a monster and almost towers over Mr. BIG. He looks to be extremely athletic and has taken part in another sport before joining BCW, the TWF's development federation 18 months ago.
This match showcased Hade's amazing strength and technique, the like of which the TWF has never seen before. Owen Carl appeared to be calling Hades moves at ringside, and no matter what Blonde Man did, he appeared to not be able to counter an attack. Hades hit a devastating Train Splash, before Owen Carl shouted "Finish Him!", and Hades dropped Blonde Man in a powerful looking driver, which Carl appeared to call "The Hades Driver". Hades got the 1-2-3, and the crowd was astonished at the impact Hades has made in one match!
Owen Carl entered the ring and paraded his client to the crowd, who had mixed feelings about Hades...his impressive performance was a plus, but Owen Carl as a manager is no plus in the crowd's eyes.

Backstage; The Terminator and The AshTaker are seen walking towards ringside, meaning that the main event is next!

[TWF Returns!]

Scott Hudson and Joey Styles welcome us back to Grit BasH, where the Triad and The Assassin are still awaiting to see if High Voltage returns to the Sarn Community Centre premises. Grit BasH is being brought to you by; Reel Films, your #1 DVD Rental Store and O'Neill...the first name in the water.

'Low' by the Foo Fighters hits, and the crowd jeers with gusto as Terminator walks down to the ring, closely followed by The AshTaker. Both are parading the xWa Tag-Team Championship belts they won at Summer Break V in Square Ladder Match V. Footage is shown of earlier tonight, when they confronted the Z-Pack. 'Low' slowly fades out and the arena turns to black before their is a silence.
"JUST THINK ABOUT IT" plays, and the crowd leaps out of their seats as the greatest hiTz montage grinds to a halt...BANG! "WHERE'S YOUR CROWN, KING NOTHING?". 'King Nothing' plays, and the crowd explodes and a chant of "Biggie! Biggie!" plays as Mr. BIG walks down to the ring, with NJS following beside him. Biggie slaps the fans around ringside's hands whilst NJS takes a position at Scott and Joey's announce table.
Biggie and Terminator displayed a great bout that really got the crowd involved and they really stood behind Biggie, particularly when Terminator applied an Abdominal Stretch to Biggie. The entire arena appeared to will him out of the submission move, before hitting his new trademark move. A spinebuster into an Austin-like elbow drop. NJS was particularly amusing on commentary, saying that The AshTaker "is the death of any party" and that Terminator "had to have tinted windows on his incubator when he was born he was that ugly". Scott was in stitches, but Joey refused to play along, cracking some bad jokes about Lita, which really got underneath NJS's skin. In the ring, Terminator had hit the Osaka Street Cutter and was ready to hit Game Over. Suddenly, on the screen, we go backstage to where Hawke, Marz, AJ Jeffers and Falcon are standing around waiting for High Voltage's arrival. Suddenly, a loud revving noise heard, and a Chevy TrailBlazer pulls up! The footage stops there, but Mr. BIG turns Terminator around into The BIG Storm! 1-2-3!
'King Nothing' hits, but as it does so, the footage picks up again. Biggie and NJS watch on in the ring, with AshTaker and Terminator looking on from the ramp.

In the parking lot; Hawke commands his buddies to stand back and be ready. The driver's doors swing open and High Voltage steps out to the biggest boos you could ever hear. He says "Ah, this shit hole again. Oh, the RWF did better venues than this when we outdrew the TWF. Now where was I? Oh yes, I was gonna get Biggie back for what he said about me. That fat, mutha-....". HV is cut off as Hawke, Marz and AJ Jeffers surround him. HV immediately goes for Marz, but Marz shows HV the middle finger and gives him an OOTW Stunner! The crowd has gone insane! Hawke picks HV up, throws him into his Chevy TrailBlazer and then hits him with an Evenflow DDT on the hood/bonnet! Then, when HV appears to get some rest, AJ picks him up and delivers an Ice Hotel! The Assassin then takes the keys of the TrailBlazer and reverses it out of the way. HV gets back up and says "That didn't fucking hurt you assholes! I'm human, I can stand this type of 'pain'...". Suddenly, The Assassin revs his Mazda and runs HV over, smashing the windscreen. The Triad are elated, and so is the crowd. Assassin throws HV his keys and says "You'll be needing those. I'd better dial-up Auto Windscreens...". The crowd laughs and Assassin gets back in his Mazda, driving away with the Triad walking away and High Voltage down on the floor.
