History: TWF Wednesday Grit BasH first aired on Sky Sports 1 on Wednesday, February 8th 2000. The show is the TWF's trademark and flagship progam and has seen some of the most dramatic moments in TWF history, such as the formation of the bPa, the Z-Pack split up and many championship changes.

TWF Friday Fury

Theme Song: 'I Disappear' - Metallica

History: Brought in to replace the outgoing 'RAW®' program, Fury made it's debut 48 hours prior to TWF Total Chaos 2004 on Friday July 16th. Few features from RAW® have been carried over, but one of which is 'Sit Down With A Superstar', the interview segment hosted by the ultra-charismatic Mr. Smooth.

History: TWF Meltdown, in it's present format, began airing in August 2002 after previously being called 'Tuesday Tobacco' and being aired on Tuesdays. Tobacco was part of the TWF's original programming strand and was re-named because many felt it encouraged people to try Tobacco. The show now has it's own matches and is part of the 'TWF Saturday' on five in the UK.

TWF Time Out
Airs On: five (Ch5), Saturdays @ 5pm
Hosts: Bryan Daniels, Rachel Stevens & Guest TWF Superstar
Theme: 'Adrenaline' - Gavin Rossdale

History: Time Out is the most unique of the TWF shows, as it is a mix of both the 'Byte This!' and 'Confidential' formats used by the WWE. The weekly show is the second part of the TWF Saturday and features a weekly Trivia Teaser, a 'Blast from the Past' and interviews with the TWF Superstars making the headlines, as well as highlights from the week's action and a look onto the internet for the latest in TWF Online news.

TWF WarZone
Airs On: xWn, Tuesdays @ 7pm
Hosts: Scott Hudson & Arn Anderson
Theme Song: 'No Light' - 3rd Strike

History: Warzone is a highlights show of Grit BasH, FURY and Meltdown and also features some segments from Time Out. The show also features 'The Enforcer's Mailbag', where Arn has the oppertunity to answer a readers question sent in by mail or e-mail. WarZone is the most distributed TWF show, shown in over 20 countries outside of the UK.

SnL (Saturday Night Live) is a show similar to the WWF's Tuesday Night Titans back in the 1980's and Early 90's. The show features guests from xWa Promotions, comedy skits performed by the guests and the show's hosts, and interviews and so on with the xWa Superstars in the news. Highlights from flagship xWa TV Shows are also shown.
